Fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, eat at bar and dining table – plenty of room for the entire family. There is also a wine cooler and wet bar. You can enjoy your favorite, perfectly chilled, bottle of wine while relaxing in the beautifully decorated spacious living area, or while listening to the waves roll onto the beach.
Flat screen TVs in family room and all bedrooms.
Laundry with full size washer and dryer allows you to pack light.
Enjoy the large master suite, with gulf views and access to the spacious balcony. Private, ensuite bathroom with garden tub, separate shower, makeup vanity and large walk-in closet.
3BR/2BA – King, queen, twin over full bunk beds and queen pull out sofa bed
High speed Internet and streaming provided.

25-year-old renter minimum. Renter must occupy unit. Age verification required. Smoke free and Vape free unit. No pets.
Rental agreement and damage deposit required.
Fire code does not allow grilling on balcony but a separate “on site” grilling area is provided (see front desk in tower l or enjoy St. Andrews State Park only minutes away!)
Renters are responsible for soap and paper products during their stay. Initial supplies provided.

About the owner: We live in Kentucky, but love to travel as much as possible. We are new to having vacation rentals. We fell in love with our condo the moment that we saw it.
