About the owner: Because we live in Miami we enjoy the apartment during the summer and keep the apartment very modern and in very good shape.
Why this property? The Views are great: the sunrise and the beach in the morning and the City at night.
Monthly Rental Only therefore the environmental is very nice
The Entire Building was newly renovated last year
The apartment is newly renovated, which makes it very open and higher ceiling because is in the last floor of the stack.
Very close to the restaurants and to the Marriott Hotel
The Beach is not crowded
It is not in Marco Island Main Road (N. Collier Blvd.)

The two-bedroom condo contains outstanding amenities: kitchen is fully-stocked with small appliances, tableware, cooking/baking needs, and extras; lots of beach and bath towels; extra linens for the beds; three TVs; good closet space and dressers for the bedrooms; ceiling fans in 4 places; and much more. The balcony offers a south view of the beautiful beach and sunrises in the east. The furniture is also comfortable. We’ve stayed at Tradewinds for a decade in different condos; my husband and I highly recommend this condo without any hesitation.
