"Sunset Views of Regency Tower" is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that easily accommodates up to 8 people. The Living room overlooks the Gulf from its private balcony. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need to make meal prep a breeze. The dining table includes four (4) chairs and a bench and is adjacent to a living room furnished with a Sofa, love & side chairs for plenty of seating. The sofa doubles as a queen size bed for additional guests. The master bedroom provides a comfortable king size bed and TV. The master bedroom has a side access to the private balcony for those cool dark evenings listening to the waves outside your bedroom. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 full size beds and a TV for evening entertainment. This unit has a washer and dryer provided for efficiency allowing you to take clean clothes home from your vacation.

RESERVATION AGE RESTRICTIONS: The Registering Guest must be at least 25 years of age at time of booking & MUST be present during the entire stay and will be held responsible for all other parties and/or guests of the Registering Guest for compliance with this reservation.

**** Please note - we ONLY provide a starter Pack of Amenities, just to get through the first night.

Max Guest allowed per booking is 8, including children.

No Pets & No Smoking, if any evidence is found of either you will be charged a $300.00 fine & could face eviction w/o refund.

A $20.00 registration fee is charged by the resort for each vehicle at check in for parking - please register with the front desk at check in.

Renter MUST be 25 at time of Booking to & MUST BE PRESENT DURING ENTIRE STAY, violators will be evicted without refund. Rental Agreement must be signed & driver's license must be sent to management company after booking and before ck in info will be sent.

IF guests' soil or damage linen or towels or property inside the unit, renter agrees to pay for replacement or damages.
