If you're looking for a family friendly rental with a community pool, right outside your back patio & game room for the still young at heart, look no further, this is the house for you & your family.

Villas of Panama is a beautifully decorated, coastal chic house with the main floor space that offers a living room with sectional sofa, for plenty of seating and opens to a queen bed for additional sleeping space, and a 65 in TV. The updated open kitchen offers plenty of counterspace and cabinets, fully stocked making meal prep a breeze. The back balcony offers a gas grill and seating space for drinks, morning coffee or watching the kids play in the pool, that is just steps from your back patio. The garage has been turned into your very own private game room – offering a basketball game, stand up Pac-Man & air hockey table, as well as electronic dart machine & 40 in ROKU TV to catch the latest game or show of your choice.

Once you make your way upstairs, check out the master bedroom suite. Here, you'll find a comfortable king size bed with large 50 in TV (which can be turned to face the king bed, the bunk beds or positioned in the middle so everyone can watch it) bunk bed & private balcony and private bath. Back in the hallway, you'll find the entry to the 2 other bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed, 40 in TV & shared balcony access with the other bedroom upstairs. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with 40 in TV and shared balcony that overlooks the pool area, both bedrooms share the full-size bathroom, in the hall, that also offers a full-size washer and dryer.

As you make your way out the back doors, you'll enjoy the siting area and access to the community pool. Note, this pool is not heated.

This property has driveway parking for 2 vehicles ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS & this complex does NOT offer overflow parking.

This is a NON-Smoking House – You are allowed to smoke outside as long as you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
We Do NOT allow more than 10 people total (including children & infants) in this unit per booking, violators will be evicted w/o refund.

Renter MUST be 25 at time of Booking to & MUST BE PRESENT DURING ENTIRE STAY, violators will be evicted without refund. Rental Agreement must be signed & driver's license must be sent to management company after booking and before ck in info will be sent.

IF you stain towels or linens, you will be charged replacement of each piece. If any linen is stained, it must be removed from our inventory & MUST be replaced.
