Elevate your next beach get away by staying at this 3rd floor vacation rental condo! You'll enjoy lake views off the private balcony outside and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bunk nook, for additional sleeping room for 8 people. All the comforts of home plus resort amenities, including 5 pools, hot tubs, and a putting green, come together to create a luxurious getaway.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. We also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Renter MUST be 25 at time of Booking to & MUST BE PRESENT DURING ENTIRE STAY, violators will be evicted without refund. Rental Agreement must be signed & driver's license must be sent to management company after booking and before ck in info will be sent.

NO SMOKING - IF any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.

*****Effective March 1st, 2023, parking passes & wristbands for this unit per the resort will be $102.00. This amount includes two parking passes & 8 wristbands Once you receive your check in information @'s registration office & purchase your parking passes & wristbands for the condo. *****
