Welcome to Villa Antigua!
The new addition to our vacation home portfolio was build 2017 and is located in a prestigious residential area of Cape Coral, with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
The house is modern but comfortably furnished. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining area with a gorgeous patio overlooking the extra wide canal as well as a 3 car garage.
The large living area is equipped with a 65 "TV offering local, national and German channels.The oversized, open kitchen with new appliances and all necessary kitchen utensils invites you to cook and the mood for a BBQ? No problem - A new 5-burner gas grill with cutlery is available also. Master bedroom and twin bedded room are equipped with their own flat screen TVs and the den offers a pull out couch that converts to a queen size bed. The pool bath offers a tub and the master bathroom invites with a spacious walk-in shower.
Telephone (national calls free), high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, iron, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and bed linens are just some of the many amenities that are available to make your vacation even more enjoyable.
The outside patio, with it's stunning views of the canal, invites with a seating area for 6 people and 4 comfortable lounge as well as an outdoor TV offering an array of English & German channels.
The large heated pool offers enough space to cool down on a hot day. It has whirlpool jets and a sun shelf where your toddlers can splash under supervision. Coming home from an adventurous fishing trip? You can rinse off under the outdoor shower. All exits to the back patio and to the pool are secured with the latest technology for children by an alarm system.
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge $0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out. The home is pet-friendly and small dogs are allowed. Pet fee: $200 + tax.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and Mandy our property manager was wonderful. When we arrived there were a few issues, TVs not working, grill with no propane and the floor was not as clean as I would expect. But Mandy was quick at resolving whatever issues there were. Pool filter ran 24 hours a day but we were able to communicate to the pool man after 2 weeks to put on a timer. I would suggest to put a railing in the pool for the seniors but I had no trouble. Also it would be nice to have stools at the kitchen island. Just a few suggestions. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice.
