About the Property
Take the elevator up to the 21st floor of Seychelles Condominium. Our west-end suite offers unparalleled views of the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach. This end unit enjoys expansive 320 degree view on three sides with a huge wrap-around balcony.
This view is the reason we chose to purchase #2109 in September of 2017. We are currently remodeling the space and changing up the color scheme and buying all new furnishings. (All of the Tommy Bahamas monkeys, elephants and pineapples are going away!) Our new color scheme is a light airy turquoise to compliment the beautiful emerald color of the water that is all around in the view.
Rain or shine, summer or winter, you never get tired of gazing all around from your bird’s eye view. The 21st floor gives us lots of privacy and rises so far above the surrounding roofs that you truly feel like you are living in the heavens. No heaving draperies or blinds will ever cover this view! It is most amazing view we have ever seen. The west end suites do not have any high rise buildings for more than a mile, so the view is unobstructed and the privacy is protected.
The King Suite has its own bath and sliding glass door to the balcony. Large double vanity, garden tub and spacious glass enclosed shower add to the feeling of pure luxury and decadence. Mattress’ are all new, providing both support and comfort. Beds are all appointed with new sheets, comforters and pillows.
The Queen Suite has its own sliding glass door to the balcony on the Lagoon side and is adjoining a full bath. It has fabulous views of the harbor and marina as well as the gulf view around the corner on the balcony. The sun rising across the water of the lagoon is glorious and graces the morning with tranquil beauty.
The Third Bedroom has 2 twin beds. It is small, but the beds are comfortable for adults. The window is the lagoon view.
The main bath has full tub and shower and ample counter space.
TVs are all “smart” so you can watch all of your Amazon content, Netflix, and Hulu while on vacation. Cable is in every bedroom and the living room.
The kitchen is all stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and is well appointed with dishes, glassware, cookware and utensils. We want you to be able cook whatever your heart desires. The new laundry equipment is full size GE; easy to use and so helpful on week long stays so you can pack lighter. Great for keeping everything from your beach towels to your underwear fresh!
Linens are New and WHITE with plenty of them. We provide beach service (2 chairs and umbrella). More chairs and umbrellas are available. Check with the beach concierge.
The Dining room and Living room are all open to give the most space for your entertaining desires. The new leather sofas are clean and comfortable. The TV has been relocated so that whether you are watching it or not when you are seated you are always facing the view. We are expecting the dining room table and 6 chairs and additional pieces to the sectional sofa on Feb. 2. I may not be able to upload photos due to me not being there!
The patio has a new table and 4 chairs that are “bar height” that allow you to enjoy the temperate breezes with a glass of wine and SEE OVER THE RAILINGS! You will be able to see the view without looking through that railing! We carefully shopped for the most comfortable adirondack style so that we could really relax with friends and enjoy this outdoor space from the comfort of our condo.
Supplies - We hate making a trip to the grocery to pick up toilet paper, paper towels, shampoos and soaps when we first arrive on vacation so we have a well stocked supply of these things. You may need to purchase more, but not for a few days.

Seychelles Beach Resort is located on the far-east side of the beach, in a family-friendly area of Panama City Beach. Conveniently situated within walking distance of St. Andrew's State Park. Seychelles is only moments from the marina, where you can catch excursions to Shell Island. Seychelles is also convenient to the area’s best casual and fine dining and shopping. Close by are abundant opportunities for diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, parasailing, and more. In fact, you’ll find onsite or at the marina just about any activity to enjoy on, under, or above the water.

We love to watch the dolphins playing in the gulf while we’re enjoying our coffee and the morning sunshine. We’ve made sure that our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. It has a clean look that creates the feel of home at the beach. We wanted to make this a home away from home for us and for our guests. We’ve purchased beach service for 2 so that our guests can enjoy the beach without having to lug chairs and an umbrella to the beach. Seychelles is located on Thomas Drive which makes it close to lots of the family activities available in Panama City Beach, but it’s far enough away that you won’t have to deal with lots of traffic. I don’t even rent a car when I come down. I call an Uber for grocery shopping, because there is little need to go anywhere you can’t walk from here at Seychelles. Many good restaurants are within walking distance and we will include a list of our favorites for you to consider.
