1700 sq. ft. Coastal Fairways is a deluxe 3* bedroom, 2.5 bath home in popular Rotonda West that has been recently updated by new owners. Top-of-the line new flooring, furniture, mattresses, pillows, towels, linens, and even a new roof have been added to complete this beautiful vacation home.
A split floor plan provides privacy for the master bedroom and ensuite master bathroom that includes a Roman shower and whirlpool tub. An open great room, dining room, kitchen combination boasting amazing views separates the master zone from 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each guest bedroom includes a full dresser, nightstand and a queen size bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, two nightstands, and a large wall-mounted smart TV.
The lanai is a semi-private oasis with paver flooring, knotty pine ceiling, new outdoor furniture and recently refinished sparkling pool. A separate patio adjoining the lanai includes a new gas grill for preparing easy meals. Guests can while away the hours in peace contemplating the wooded backdrop and lush palm tree landscaping. A TV large enough to view from your lanai chair, or pool, ensures guests won’t miss their favorite sports and entertainment events. The lanai also includes its own ½ bath accessible directly from the pool area. The lanai can be accessed through any one of three sliding glass doors.
This home is fully outfitted with appliances, cooking utensils, bar utensils, a laundry room, linens, paper products, coffee makers, coolers, beach equipment, cleaning products, a gas grill, 3 smart TVs and more. All you need to bring are your clothes and personal items, and don’t forget the sunscreen!
* For the 2026 season, the smallest bedroom is locked for storage. The house still comfortably sleeps 4, and has the size and all the amenities of a three bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms.

Animals in the adjoined wooded areas, an open pool area, breakables in the house, all combine to make this a less than desirable place for children.
In addition, we do not provide any baby items such as baby beds, high chairs, playpens, toys, etc.

Bill and Kathleen’s home in Rotonda West is close to the community park and trail and Long Marsh golf club. Their home is nicely furnished and well equipped, for an enjoyable stay. The backyard is private with a pool and lots of green space. The immediate neighbours are friendly as well! It is close to Englewood with a farmers’ market, beach, restaurants ( Magnolias and Waverly are our favourites), art shows and live entertainment. Enjoy your visit to Boca Grande island, with lots of restaurants ( Innlet at the Outlet is great for breakfast) 2 beaches, lighthouse tours, golf cart rentals and shopping. The new community of Wellen Park is home to the Atlanta Braves spring training stadium, a great farmers’ market, cafes and restaurants. Port Charlotte ( 30 minutes away) has new Sunseeker resort with several restaurants and Fishermen’s Village with shops and restaurants. Thanks Bill and Kathleen for sharing your home with us! This home is a gem situated in a nice neighborhood located near many great beaches. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated in a classy Florida style. The outdoor living space is very nice and inviting. We ate all of our meals outside on the lanai overlooking the pool. It was a wonderful Florida experience. Can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, the home was very clean and quite well appointed. The pool was clean and well maintained. Josh, the pool guy, was always prompt, informative and friendly. The property manager was very quick to respond and resolve a couple of minor issues. We would definitely rent this property again. Thank you to the Finks for renting their home to us.

This home is amazing .I can not say enough.I feel like they shopped just for me. They had 2 new beach chairs that were great quality with tags still on them. 2 new pool lounge chairs and a tire pump that was brand new for the bike . I really think they just wanted us to feel like this was our home .they didn't hide anything or have any cheap stuff for renters. The beds were comfy.the bedrooms and closets were big. I found binoculars in the closed so I brought them to the beach and saw dolphins that day . My adult kids visited 1 day and we played games at the large dining room table and then headed outside to watch football from the 84 degree pool . There is a park you can walk to and they have pickleball from like 7:40 am till 11 Mon, wed, Fri,sat .very friendly people.i went every day Ithe multi purpose trail was great for walking and rollerblading. I also took the bike out .had to pump up the tires but they were thoughtful enough to know that and got a new pump.i wish I biked all the sections of rotunda. I went to the beach every day .bocca grande is $6.00 to go over the bridge but you can park free and there is a lot of parking .like miles of parking .this beach was narrow and more of a chill beach Englewood beach is wider and has walkable restaurants. Use the app to park so have your phone ..a lot of shark teeth if you want to look . Rotunda west is very remote .I wish we could walk to shops or coffee stores but there is nothing at all for 15-20 min including the beach. It is a great location if you either don't mind driving or don't want to leave your area..I explored everything and thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Delightful stay in Englewood. This spacious home with gorgeous furniture had lots of extras; Beautiful pool, relaxing lanai, great kitchen and laundry appliances, Kerig coffee maker, instant hot teapot, comfy beds, roomy garage and all was super clean. Walking distance to park and golf course. Just 5-10 minute drive to beach, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely vacation there, again. Totally enjoyed our time in the sun!

Lovely villa, very clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The pool was very nice, clean and inviting. There was a roomy area for sitting out and there was a nice shaded area with a large table to enjoy outdoor eating, the BBQ was spotless too. It was well situated for several beaches from Boca Grande to Venice Beach. It was perfect for a peaceful relaxing holiday.

My wife and I stayed at Coastal Fairways for theee weeks in March 22. We are frequent visitors to Rotonda West and have rented homes for years. 160 Medalist Road was all we had hoped for. The home was exceptionally clean and tidy. The heated pool was awesome and all systems worked perfectly. The rental transaction was without drama, the neighbors were very nice and the location was perfect - 10 minutes to Cape Haze Marina / Boca Grand and 2 minutes to Long Meadow Golf Course. The rental manager (Michele Rojas) was great and our stay was fantastic. Thank you Bill for allowing us to enjoy your place and we hope to be back next year!
