This gorgeous Tuscan styled home is located in the private residential community of Tang-O-Mar which is nestled away near the white crystalline beach yet positioned within the heart of everything Destin's Miramar Beach has to offer. However you may not find yourself wanting to stray very far away from this beach home since it places you comfortably right in the lap of luxury.
Seas To Tango is an elegant five bedroom residence that received an award of excellence in the prestigious Destin Parade of Homes for the multi-million dollar category. It is architecturally styled with a charming distinct Mediterranean design complete with comfortable furnishings and luxurious modern amenities. A lovely lushly landscaped private tropical oasis out back is centered by a large 15 x 32 foot swimming pool. A gas grill nearby allows you to enjoy a fun family BBQ poolside.
The main floor is graced by a spacious living area with pleasing pastel blue walls trimmed with white crown molding accentuated by high ceilings. Multiple sets of formal windows look out onto the sparkling pool. A pair of comfortable couches and twin armchairs faces each other as well as a dormant fireplace and a flat screen TV. All of the flat screen TVs in this hospitable home are high end LCDs with DVR players for viewing pleasure. A charming Breakfast Room has pool views with six chairs right off the gourmet kitchen. This fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, two ovens, two dishwashers, a Beverage Center, rich granite countertops and a Butler's Pantry. The formal separate dining room has a long rectangular table with ten chairs that sit beneath a decorative vintage Tuscan chandelier. A first floor bedroom has two queen sized beds elegantly attired in nautical décor with access to a hall bath that doubles as a Powder Room.
The three other Guest Bedrooms and Master Suite upstairs each come with their own private luxury bathroom. Each room is professionally decorated with distinctive upscale individual design and an eye towards comfort. Flat screen TVs are there for evening entertainment and memory foam mattresses insure a good night's sleep. Soothing Wedgewood colored walls, classic decorative art and beautiful prints adorn the surroundings. The Master Bedroom Suite has a king sized and access to a romantic private balcony that views the pool below. The other beautiful Guest Rooms include a handsome king sized bed, a room with three twin bunks (photo coming soon), and two charming twin beds in another room.
On top of everything else, here you are minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, lively bars, grocery stores, golf, tennis and bargain shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Additional restaurants, bars, boutiques, seasonal festivals, free musical concerts and family amusements are nearby at Sandestin's famed Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard.

- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 72 hours before your stay. Pool heat is unavailable May-Sept.
- Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- A highchair is provided at this home.
No street parking is allowed. Please only use designated parking areas. Failure to comply could result in a warning or towing.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
