Enjoy the view in this 8th-floor end unit boasting extra windows to enjoy the sunsets, along with a fully outfitted kitchen & Keurig coffee maker.

Note: The indoor pool/jacuzzi, fitness center, sauna & billiard room are open. The outdoor pool & direct beach access are unavailable due to repairs in progress from the last hurricane. There is a nearby beach access point within a 5-minute walk. We expect the outdoor pool areas to be open in late February.

There are 2 parking passes that come with the unit. One is indoor parking and the other pass is for outdoor parking.

We provide a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper rolls, coffee pods, and one roll of paper towels.

House rules:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the condominium or on the balconies. (Smoking is allowed out front of the building.)
2. Cover-ups, shirts, and shoes must be worn in all the common areas.
3. Do not hang anything over the outdoor railings.
4. You cannot have additional guests in the unit or use the amenities not listed on your registration document.
5. You must fill out a parking registration form to use the one assigned indoor parking area and the one outside parking area.
6. The windows and sliding doors are to be kept closed when not in use to avoid high humidity inside. Please keep the humidity level at 72% or less by air conditioning.
7. No pets allowed.
Violation of these rules will cause a termination of your stay.
Lost or damaged keys or key fobs are $50 each to replace.

This unit now receives extra cleaning after each guest with more disinfecting measures such as; doorknob and light switches cleaning.

Also, our unit has a UV light filter installed into the furnace that kills mold, viruses, and bacteria in the air using UV light.

Daytona Beach Shores is rated one of the Top 10 Beaches in Florida with many attractions to allow the whole family a fun-filled vacation. The Daytona Racetrack is only minutes away. There are plenty of things to do in the area: miniature golf, ice cream, shopping, movies, the main street pier, and the bands playing in the bandshell.
