Sauvignon Beach 30A is a newly built 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom tranquil beach vacation home located in laid back Blue Mountain Beach within the Highland Park neighborhood. Enjoy the beautiful 30A beaches just a bike ride away or the resort style private community pool and whirlpool hot tub with a fire pit and covered seating area to relax while you barbecue on the outdoor grills. For a stunning view of the Gulf, climb the 360-degree observatory tower to watch the sunset.
Blue Mountain Beach boasts a low-key and relaxing vibe with Blue Mountain Creamery's homemade ice cream, Blue Mabel's BBQ smokehouse and Redfish Village shops within walking distance.
Relax with two King master suites with private baths, two queen beds and one bunk room with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Open floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining room and comfortable living space that opens to an outdoor covered porch. Guests have access to the entire home and pool amenities. Each bedroom is equipped with streaming television service.
Parking spaces for three vehicles. 4 adult bicycles included in rental to explore our local towns. One toddler sized bike and trailer are also available for your use. Various beach and pool toys may be available but vary between guest stays.

The property was exactly what our family needed and wanted. Perfect layout for the nine of us - 6 adults and 3 kids. Danica was available for us at all times if needed, the house was completely supplied with everything, and the location was convenient to many beaches and restaurants. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful house. Hopefully our family will be able to do this again.
This was our 9th year renting along 30A and this house is tops on our list! The house was conveniently located between 2 perfect beach accesses (parking, restrooms, lifeguards), a little over a mile in either direction. We drove (less than 5 minutes) to the beach because a member of our group had a broken foot and it was just easier with chairs and umbrellas! As long as we were there by 9:30am or so, had no trouble finding parking close to the access. The pool area was perfection, as well. We loved dreaming of coming back in the fall to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit area! The house had comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, beach chairs, toys, an umbrella, bikes, games and a perfect layout for 2 families to be very comfortable. The neighborhood was super cute and almost has a San Francisco vibe with hills and curves. Our group of 8 highly recommends Sauvignon Beach 30A!
There were 11 of us and we had a great vacation in this spacious home. Home was impeccably clean. Beautifully decorated. Convenient to everything we wanted. Excellent communication with the owner.

How lucky were we to be the first guests and this amazing NEW home. It had absolutely everything you could imagine needing, obviously stocked by a perfectionist who should sell her list to anyone opening a new property. The decor was straight out of Southern Living and top quality. Extra bonus was tons of beach toys, delux beach chairs and bikes. The community pool area was a nice bonus on a windy day when beach was not an option. Our favorite was the private back porch with lounge set to enjoy at the end of the day in the morning with coffee. I recommend you bring extra trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent if you plan on doing multiple loads. The house come stocked with two of each, and we needed more. I’ve rented over a dozen properties all along 30A, and I would not hesitate to rent this one again!
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there security cameras on property?
Yes. Our home has outdoor cameras in place for security and insurance. There is one in the doorbell and three others outside the perimeter of the home. Please note that if they are disabled, maintenance will be sent immediately.
Are animals allowed?
NO. Due to severe allergies, no animals are permitted within our home or property.
Are beach chairs and umbrellas provided?
Yes, just pack your suit and sunscreen!!! We provide 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and a small cooler for your use. Various sand and beach toys are also available. Please return all items to the garage upon departure.
Are bicycles available?
Yes. We have 4 adult size bikes available for your use. Additional bikes can be rented locally though Big Daddy's Bicycles.
