Why this property? This condo is an ideal location for a beach vacation. It is located on the corner of ocean boulevard and 10th street, which is the beach access street. You simply walk out the driveway of the condo complex and you are at the beach! It is also 9 blocks from the quaint downtown area of Atlantic and Neptune beach. That is where all of the shops, , restaurants and bars are located….
