The villa is located in the quiet Pelican area in South-West Cape Coral, direct access to the freshwater canal behind the villa.
Our holiday home offers you outstanding and first-class amenities for your comfort and well-being. It is ideal for entertaining and quiet evenings at home.

The bedrooms are equipped with cozy American king-size beds, all rooms equipped with a TV and 2 of the bedrooms have direct pool access.
The Den can be used as a guest room or as additional bedroom which might host additionally up to 2 persons or kids as we have positioned a comfortable, high-quality pull out couch-bed here.
But you can also use this area for example as a retreat to work or as a baby room. Or as office room, a big TV is installed here as well.
A foldable baby travel cot is available to our guests as well as a baby chair.
The spacious dining area with an open modern kitchen will provide you a Nespresso machine with a separate milk frother, as well as a filter coffee machine, a waffle iron for Belgian waffles, a kettle, a large stove with oven, a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer combination with smart panel and water dispenser. Even a Kitchen Aid Artisan is made available if you intent to bake your own stuff.
Since the kitchen has a two-part work surface, which can also be used for eating, we have also created another option for eating or snacking or even for working resting on the bar stools.
In the adjacent living area, which has a large TV, an electric fireplace underneath and optical lighting effects, we invite all of our guests to relax and unwind. The high-quality and cozy couch corner offers the center of relaxation. Somewhat separately you have the opportunity to eat at a cozy dining table with 6 chairs or even to entertain the family during a game night.
From the living-dining area, as well as from two of the bedrooms, you can access the lanai / terraces and Pool / Spa area. Providing an outdoor dining area, there is another table with 6 chairs, but also the gas grill so be invited to enjoy the perfect US-BBQ.
Thanks to the cage (this is an aluminum construction with insect repellent gases), our guests can relax protected on the lanai, on the sun terrace or in heatable Pool or Spa.
Four sun loungers invite you to relax, the Spa enables you to relax for one or another hour or you chill out in the pool directly connected.
In the living area and lanai you can play your personal music on the Sonos speaker via your own phone or tablet.
There is deck installed for taking a sunbath, enjoying a coffee or just hang out at the canal. Ideally to also enter the canal for paddling or fishing. As this is a fresh water canal there is no connection to the sea available.
Additionally there is a modern washing machine and dryer provided, so you can get everything cleaned without stress. An ironing board and iron is ready so you have everything you need to make your equipment ready to go out.

Dear Guest. The base fee is calculated for 2 guests. Every additional guest (3rd till 8th) will be charged at $36 per guest per night. Children up to 5 years stay for free, children 6-12 years are charged at $17 per child per night. Youth 13+ are counted as grown ups / adults.
We have a mandatory check in/check out procedure where everything is walked through with you. Please claim issues immediately during check-in and inform Property management about issues occurring during your stay. Check out is mandatory to check that everything is OK. Please clean the gas grill after usage and thoroughly before check-out. If not, we will need to charge $50 for cleaning it. Please refill the BBQ gas bottle, otherwise we need to charge you $50 for this service.
Please read our house rules, they are mandatory and to be followed.
Guests staying just a short term period during your stay can be accepted prior to arrival and will be billed only the couple of days there might sleep at the Villa.
Electricity has to payed per usage. We assume an upfront electricity fee suits all of us most. The payment of $25 per day should suit the costs uccoring. Charging of EVs is possible. The consumption will be billed at $0.20 per kWH charged. There is a non public Charging unit in the garage available.
Cleaning crew is doing the upmost to give you the best experience for your vacation. Please keep the Villa clean during your stay, there is a vacuum cleaner made available for you if you need it. Anyway cleaning is mandatory.
If for some reason a deep cleaning is necessary at your check-out, this will be an additional $250 fee to be charged, so please be respectful with our property
Dogs are allowed after approval by owner. We have limited this to 2 dogs with a weight of 50 lbs. Please contact us upfront for approval.
