BOOK NOW as there are only 3 large oceanfront homes (toes in the sand -- do not cross the street -- and one is being remodeled for the next 12 months) in from Fort Lauderdale to Deerfield.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
Three King and 1 Queen Suites, plus a 5th guest suite with twin beds (which can be configured to a king) plus additional sleeping areas for children and guests. We can accommodate 11 to 13 guests depending upon the configuration.
BUSINESS INFO
Most of our clients pay by personal check or bank wire after connecting with Debbie and confirming dates, so please make sure dates dates are good with all people traveling, once reservations are booked, we have a no refund policy.
A few other details to note: 1) While this home does accommodate a large number of guests, the RENT quoted and exit cleaning fee is based on 10 guests;
11 or more guests will have a premium charge BASED on # of people, length of stay, and time of year.
Cleaning rates range from $1,000 - $1250 depending upon # of guests and length of stay.
When staying two weeks or more, we do add a mid-stay cleaning -- we find our guests have a much nicer stay with a clean home.
There is also a $200 application/administration fee that is not calculated in the rent or fee schedule .
As previously mentioned, 90% of our guests pay by check or bank wire and this is our preferred payment method.
