Gated safe community with onsite security in the evenings. 2 pools in the community. 1 mile to the beach. 3 full bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms lots of space. This recently renovated townhome has new flooring, stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The master has a King bedroom suite, the upstairs bedroom has a King bedrooms suite, the 3rd bedroom has a full size bunk bed not a twin so 2 small children could sleep in both beds. The sofa downstairs and the loveseat fold out to beds. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and Publix. Shipwreck Island Water Park, Rockit Lanes, golf cart rentals and even AX throwing. Another Broken Egg is across the street my favorite restaurant for awesome breakfast and Bloody Mary's!

Why this property? This property is in a great location very safe, clean & updated. It is 1/2 mile to ocean very spacious 3 bedroom and very affordable. Gated subdivision 2 pools with a playground for children. Walking distance to Another Broken Egg & Bella Roma Italian restaurant. Shipwreck Island water park is 1/2 mile away. Sonic is less than a half mile away. Just jump trampoline park and Beef O Brady’s is in the shopping center right next door to subdivision about 660 feet.

I can't say enough about how perfect Lisa's home was for our PCB vacation. Even though it was set away from the beach, the price and townhouse itself made the short distance well worth staying here. Lisa was very attentive in getting back to me when we had questions.My husband, our daughter, her husband, their four boys and I had a fabulous time here. The gated community was very quiet. We loved being able to enter our home at the ground level, unlike having to haul our stuff up the elevator of a condo.Thank you, Lisa, for a wonderful place to stay to enjoy our 2022 family vacation.

Everything was absolutely perfect! This townhome is in a gated community approximately 7 minute walk to the beach. It is quiet yet convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, shops and more. The owner Lisa was very responsive and happy to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here again.
