This recently remodeled, stunning Mediterranean Estate with modern & coastal elements is located on nearly 3/4s of an acre and 275 of deep water on one of the widest canals just minutes from the Intracoastal in the exclusive Las Olas Isles neighborhood in East Fort Lauderdale. With truly amazing waterfront views from nearly each & every room, this 8100 sq ft, 7 bedroom/7 bath home was re-configured to expand upon its tremendous location and allow our guests to fully appreciate South Florida’s both casual and sophisticated lifestyle with its Resort Style grounds and many family and entertainment areas both in and outside the home.

Whether you are enjoying a conversation & watching the constant boat parade under one the Tiki Pavilion, out by the pool OR playing a casual game of pool & watching a sports game downstairs, I designed this home for your enjoyment! All of the bedrooms are en suite, with the exception of our Loft Bedroom; have built-in closets, smart TVs, and all but 2 of the 7 bedrooms have desks (for those of our guests who still have to work).

INTERIOR

The newly redesigned coastal interior is introduced from a vine covered porte-cochere opening to a 2 story grand foyer with a graceful stairway.

Directly ahead sits a billiards room w/wet bar which overlooks the pool & serene water. With 2 pub tables, club seating, & bar seating along with a flat screen TV -- this is the perfect room you will come back to frequently.

This 'club' area truly brings the home to life. With direct access to the pool through French doors, you can play a round of nine-ball, go for a swim, then end the evening by the fireplace w/a nightcap from the well stocked bar (plenty of glassware, mini-fridge, icemaker, & margarita machine).

To the left, the two-story dining room w/ seating for up to 16 opens to the ‘cook’s kitchen,' stocked with high quality cookware & every gadget imagined and a breakfast table (for 6) with views and kitchen bar seating for two.
Appliances include: Gas stovetop, Subzero refrigerator, Viking double ovens, 2Bosch dishwashers.

The kitchen has panoramic water views while being completely open to Restoration Hardware themed family room w/2 walls of floor to ceiling windows flooding the common areas with natural light & an oversized Smart TV.

A few steps from the family room leads to a full cabana bath, 3-car garage, & Downstairs Guest Suite #1 – our VIP Suite. This room has a 180 degree view of the backyard and has a King bed, Full sleeper sofa, desk (overlooking the water), & kitchenette.

Going back to the entry-foyer and going down the right, you will find a guest bath which doubles as the en suite bath to the next downstairs guestroom Guest Suite #2 which has a King Bed and desk (this has a small garden view).

Continuing down the hallway is the open and airy Primary Suite w/beautiful views of the calm deep water leading the Intracoastal.

Through the rear of the Primary Suite, exit the charming French doors to your own private patio area. It's easy to work while watchin boats, or enjoy the peaceful sitting area.

The adjoining bathroom is covered covered in beautiful sandy marble & features his/hers vanities & water closets (1 has a TV). Also in this spa-like bath is a make-up area, coffee bar, and 2 wet areas. Enjoy the deep jetted tub w/a glass of wine or the oversized steam shower.

At the top of the winding staircase, on the 2nd level you will find our 4 remaining guest rooms, including the Upstairs/Loft* (our 7th bedroom), complete with plenty of storage & the main laundry room. *This loft doubles as an upstairs family room.

This combo space has a warm feeling where kids & adults will be able to kick-back, relax & have a good time. When it’s time for bed – you have a very comfortable Queen Sleeper Sofa already made up.

Off the loft is Upstairs Guest Suite #1 w/a King Bed & Twin Sleeper Bed & a desk for when work is waiting. This room has a private balcony with chairs and a table for enjoyment of the water views.

A few steps down the hall is Guest Suite #2 -- our Double Queen (beds), which share a wraparound balcony with water views.

And finally at the end is our last Upstairs Guest Suite which features a Queen
bed, Full Sleeper Sofa, glass desk, two closets & a luxurious bath – we call this the ‘mini master.’ This suite shares the wrap around patio with the Double Queen Guest Suite. We hope you will enjoy many mornings sipping coffee on the sofa or chairs OR perhaps wine in the evening. It’s a great area for morning yoga, reading, quiet conversation & perhaps some meditation.

EXTERIOR

This property is an outdoor entertainment paradise!

You have access to impressive completely private grounds from every room on the main level with the the beautiful, salt water, heated pool & spa and deep water being the focal point. Around the pool there is plenty of comfortable lounge seating where you can soak up the Florida sunshine, or, if you prefer reading a book with a little shade there are large patio umbrellas.

Behind the pool you will find 275’ of calm, deep water leading to the Intracoastal. You may see a Mega Yacht docked fairly regularly & on occasion the owner has his personal 70 ft yacht which is available for rent at a separate charge (& comes w/captain & crew).

IF you LIKE WATER TOYS -- there is a floating dock where your rented jet skis will be waiting (we can schedule delivery) OR you can enter the water to enjoy the onsite & kayaks and other toys.

To the left of the pool you will find a Resort Style outdoor entertaining area w/ a Tiki Bar complete with a summer kitchen, wet bar, dishwasher, natural gas grill, green egg, & every fun thing you would expect at a Resort Bar – complete w/2 mounted TVs.

Yes - even more zones for entertainment - 2 more TIKI areas including a round dining area w/seating for 7 & a 2nd large rectangular pavilion complete with assorted sofa & lounge seating to the constant boat parade, wonderful conversation areas, or enjoy the 2 Pavilion TVs.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a re-scheduling policy if you have booked HOLIDAY Dates (Presidents Day, Easter, Pesach/Passover, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot (October Holidays), Chanukah, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's)

DISCOUNTS: We do offer discounts on multiple week or monthly bookings.
(however, if holidays are during that time the discount will be less) No discounts for Christmas/New Year's weeks.

Rent and EXIT Cleaning Fees are based on 12 or fewer guests. Should you have 13 or more guests, there will be an additional charge based on # of guests, length of stay, & time of year.

Should you be staying with us 2 or more weeks, we have found our guests enjoy a mid-stay cleaning (at an additional charge of $1200-$1500). Please note if your stay is during a Holiday time & more than 7 nights but less than 14, we will also schedule a mid-stay cleaning.

Most of our guests pay by check or bank wire. If you need to use a cr card, we may have to book you on another platform. There will be a cr card convenience fee ranging from 4-10%.
