SaltAire Key is a boutique resort like waterfront vacation rental complex with 4 units total. This listing is to rent the entire property- all 4 units. The entire property, including pool and pool bathroom, will be private and only used by guests in this reservation. Each unit has its own private spaces, lounge chairs, day beds, grills etc., making it even better than staying at a boutique resort. The beautiful, heated pool is available for all guests. Great for large groups that want the added privacy of separate bathrooms, kitchens and living areas while still having top of the line communal spaces.
SaltAire Key has 100' of water front with a new dock, heated pool with waterfall, 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths, 1 half bath and 1 half pool bath. There are 4 living rooms, 4 kitchens, two laundry areas, a large ice machine, multiple outdoor patios and outdoor upstairs private balcony. The estate is appointed with top of the line linens, furnishings and spa soaps. The property is designed as 4 separate units providing tons of privacy when needed and plenty of large gathering space as well! Let's take a closer look at each unit. SaltAire Unit 1 is the biggest boutique style villa at SaltAire Key Yacht Club. A luxury 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath waterfront unit, the greatness starts the minute you step onto the private dining patio. The patio welcomes guests with a large table set for eight and the views do not stop there. The living room is wrapped in large windows that include electronic shades for privacy or instant sunshine. The room also features a bar with the outstanding views of the heated pool and waterway and is equipped with all the essentials to host a night to remember. The large, eat in kitchen includes seating for 8, a professional gas stove and an oversized island. The first floor features one bedroom with a queen bed and its own private access to the dining terrace and heated pool. The half bath and utility are just down the hall. The second floor features a master king suite, wrapped with windows (electronic shades), showcasing amazing sunsets and waterway views. The suite opens up to a private terrace that has direct access to the estate's year around heated pool. The master bath open concept includes a shower, jacuzzi tub, and double sinks on a large granite countertop. The lavatory space has a door that enables guests with both privacy and comfort. The 3rd ensuite bedroom includes a queen bed. The ensuite bathroom features all your shower necessities. Each bedroom features a flat screen smart TV. SaltAire Key Yacht Club Unit 2 is a large 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a front door street side for easy access and massive featured windows in the living room that catch glimpses of the heated pool and views of the club's beautiful courtyard garden. The unit invites guests into an open floor plan with big windows that include electronic shades. Updated furnishings include a 75” flat screen smart TV and leather king pullout sofa. The kitchen holds a breakfast table for 4 and all your cooking needs. The bedroom has a king bed, 40” flat screen smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. SaltAire Key Yacht Club Unit 3 is a small and quiet 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit on the street side of the property. The living room includes a leather queen pullout and 65" flat screen smart TV. The dining room and kitchen are open to the living room and tastefully updated to meet your island needs. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser, 40" flatscreen smart TV and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. SaltAire Unit 4 is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom luxury waterfront space that takes “room with a view” to the next level. With privacy in mind, sit on your porch table for two surrounded by flowers and the cool salt air. The unit features large living room windows that include electronic shades. Providing direct views to the heated pool and waterway, the only thing better than laying by the pool will be sitting on your couch. The living room includes a 75" flatscreen smart TV, leather KING pullout bed and leather chairs. An open concept with the living room, this unit has a full size kitchen. The bedroom has a king bed with 40" flatscreen smart TV and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.

TRUST AND SAFETY: The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee (already paid during booking) includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible or minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest, and will process using the form of payment on file for Guest.

The minimum age for renters is 25 years of age.
The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 12 adults and 4 children under 13. Any more than the maximum occupancy or than listed on the reservation residing at the property will result in immediate dismissal, and no refund will be given. After the 12th guest, there is a $50 per night per guest charge added to the reservation. This fee is already included in the price when booking as long the guest count is listed correctly as required.
Approved pets are welcome; however, a non-refundable $150 per pet fee shall apply.
Early Arrivals / Late Checkouts - Should you request an early arrival (before 4 pm) or a late checkout (after 10 am) a will be required. Early arrival/late checkout is based on availability.
The property includes a camera at the front of the property for security purposes and NoiseAware sound level monitoring system.
Guests use kayaks, paddle boards, pool toys, pool, pool equipment, docks, dock ladders and any other items at their own risk. Any swimming in pools or any water in or around the property is at your own risk.
The owner stores his boat at the dock and may access it from time to time, including during your reservation. You will not be bothered as he will enter through a back gate. The boat and lift are strictly off limits to guests- please do not touch or climb on or around the boat or lift.
The City of Fort Lauderdale requires that Sec. 15-278 be disclosed for vacation rental standards, rules and regulations:
1. Maximum occupancy in the rental unit shall be strictly enforced. There shall be only two persons per bedroom room staying on the property. This means no additional guests are staying on couches or air mattresses.
2. Parking, vehicles must be parked in garage, carport or designated spots in driveway. No off-street parking or in neighbors driveways, swells or lawn is permitted. If in doubt, the info book has photos of these locations.
3. Trash and Recycle days can be found in the information book and in the App. Bins shall remain in set location until appropriate pickup days. Bins should be rolled out after 6 pm the day before scheduled pick-up and shall be removed before Midnight of pickup day. Should you forget, trash days and bins are overflowing on your departure a $250 fee will be charged for trash removal.
4. Noise – Audible loud noise (i.e., music, socializing and the like) is not permitted 25 feet from the property line between the hours of
10 pm and 7 am daily and more than fifty feet 7 am to 10 pm.
Should Management be called out due to a noise complaint, a $500.00 fine will be imposed and charged.
5. It is the responsibility of all guests to be mindful of swimming pools, hot tubs, and waterways. Be mindful to watch toddlers infants and children. Pool and Water Safety is YOUR responsibility.
6. Emergency and after hours contact information can be found in the App and information. This includes Police, Fire Department, Hospital and Property Management Company. In the event of an emergency, all exits are plainly marked as are the locations of fire extinguishers.
7. It is unlawful for any known sex offenders to be in 1, 400 feet a school, park, playground daycare or any place that children congregate or play which includes residential neighborhoods and streets.
8. Visitors shall be mindful of all rules and regulations at public beaches and parks. This includes turtle nesting seasons. DO NOT
9. Any guests or visitors associated with guests in the rental unit is required and expected to follow all rules and regulations. Anyone in violation of these rules and regulations will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund. Any citations or fines for violation will also be at your guest's expense.
