The space Situated in a nice quiet neighborhood Serenity Palms is a perfect getaway for families that enjoy the sun and the water. On the huge lanai you can have great outdoor BBQs, relish your morning coffees and evening drinks, watch a beautiful sunset, swim and play in the pool all day or just relax in a outdoor chairs and read a book.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a great home cooked meal.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and a Smart TV. It has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and a nice sized closet.
Guest bedroom one also has a queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has 2 twin size trundle beds that can sleep 8 People. Two other guest bedrooms also have Smart TVs with a ROKU stick.
The sofa in the first living room can be converted into a double size sleeper sofa. This Beautiful Villa close to the Surfside Shops where you can find multiple restaurants, a Starbucks, an ice cream store, a great weekly Farmer's Market and more. With easy access to Veterans Pkwy. it is an ideal location to get quickly to Ft. Myers or Matlacha. The next grocery store and pharmacy are about a 5 minute drive. Sanibel Island and Pine Island is 30 mints away from Home.

Guest access
You are renting the entire house and will not have to share any spaces. You will let yourself into the house via an access code which we will send you a week prior to your arrival.

Dilani was very helpful and such a great host towards me and my family as we spent our time in Florida in this vacation home. After seeing the last review, i was a little concerned upon arrival. However, for our stay time it was very clean and beautifully left. The pool was very clean and my kids were in there 24/7. My family and i loved this house. If we are to return back to Florida i would definitely come ere again.
