Multiple month renters will receive a discount. All subsequent months' rent due 15 days before the month starts.
Security deposit will be refunded within 21 days of departure after cleaning and inspection.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only allowed in the parking lot area. There is no smoking allowed in the unit, lanai, stairway, or the pool area.
Perfect place to stay (Real reviews!)
This stay was awesome and very accommodating. It offered the space and amenities (i.e washer, dryer, internet etc.), that we needed throughout our stay. The experience was like all you needed to bring were your clothes, there were toiletries if needed. The grocery stores and restaurants were literally minutes away so being in a new area did not require going far out for food. We would highly recommend this condo stay to anyone. We would definitely visit again!P.S. The owners were really nice and always available when needed. It exceeded my husband and I expectations.

Great place to stay
We rented 4566 SE 5th Pl for a couple of months and it was an amazing place to stay. Comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you need, great pool and right on the canal makes it a great view. We used this as our temporary home until we found and purchased a home here in Florida. We highly recommend this property to anyone, you truly just need to bring your toothbrush and clothes, this place is a very comfortable place. Also a big thank you to Tom the owner, what a great guy to deal with, easy to communicate and very professional.

This condo is beautiful. It has a kitchen better equipped then my home, I couldn’t come up with anything that I needed that it did not have. Freshly painted, very clean & very comfortable beds which is important to my husband & I. During our 2 month stay a situation came up with painting the outside & covering all windows & lanai for a week ….we weren’t happy but Tom & Barb did everything possible to make it better. It was out of their control. Tom & Barb put together a binder with everything you need to know about the condo & recommendations for restaurants. Great location. Terrific hosts.
