This pet friendly 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home is a great place to unplug, unwind, and rest your head so you can spend long days outdoors getting back to nature! There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom (with a tub). The second bedroom has trundle twin beds, a full-sized bed, and an adjacent bathroom (shower only).
This home is close to five golf courses and is a great place to spend quality time with your family! We have lots of games to play, as well as puzzles and coloring books to keep everyone busy on a rainy day. Our kitchen is supplied with everything you should need to keep your family fed. If you sit out back on the Lanai, you can see Iguanas, bunnies, or even an endangered gopher turtle! The home includes a washer, dryer, coffee maker (brew a pot of coffee or use single serve pods), blender, toaster, an iron and ironing board, one hair dryer, two TV's, a DVD player, and has internet.
The home is located in a family friendly neighborhood.

Unique Benefits

There are several golf courses nearby! Beautiful beaches are close, as well as the spring training ballfield for the Tampa Bay Rays! We love the small town feel of the area and all the local shops and activities. There are lots of great restaurants where you can sit outside and enjoy the food, weather and great live music. This is our home away from home!

Kids love the animals they see in the yard! If they get up early enough, they can hear the rooster crow too!

Area Information

LOCATION! This home is located half way between Englewood Beach and Charlotte Sports Park - spend your day looking for shells and sharks teeth or buy tickets to a Spring Training Game to watch the Tampa Bay Rays! Feel free to bring your boat and park it here so you can take it out for a beautiful ride in the intracoastal waterway or fish for Tarpon in Charlotte Harbor (without having to pay the high marina fees to store your boat!)
There are several state parks nearby as well as Florida's only natural warm spring with water temperatures at 85 degrees all year long! Be sure to explore the many restaurants in the area, but if cooking is your thing, grocery stores are close by as well as an ice cream shop that sells "Mutt Balls" so you can take your dog! Everything in this area is about the outdoors! Rent Kayaks or paddleboards or give parasailing a try! Pack a picnic and take a hike around one of the state parks, or simply soak up some sun on the beach every day!

We love to eat at all the restaurants on Englewood Beach. You will always find live music there! And they are all pet friendly!
I have Celiac Disease and can find Gluten Free options at all of the restaurants on the beach.
