Large covered sitting area outside, lots of parking King size bed in the master bedroom with a 32″ smart TV, 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. Pull out Queen sleeper in the living room, with a 50″ smart TV. The enclosed sun porch also has a sleeper sofa, and can be used as a den or family room. Open outdoor shower canal side, gas grill and bait freezer. Kuerig, and Brita are included. City license allows no more than 5 including all children.

2 one man kayaks are included.
10,000 lb Boat lift for your use is the only dockage.
Cameras on the dockside and entrance.
$1250/wk, $5,000 for 4 weeks….all holidays including Thanksgiving and Easter are $1550/wk. Lobster mini week $1750
$150 cleaning, $50 booking fee, 12.5% taxes and $500 refundable damage deposit.

Loved everything about it.

The house was amazing. The neighbors were great. Everyone there was so friendly. The area was clean and of course the weather was great. Can't wait to go back next year but we will stay longer. The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall so I called the real estate agent and someone was there that afternoon to fix it. Great service.
