This safe, well-manicured community provides a calm 'home-base' while you vacation or reside in our unit. The TiV are close to Johns Pass and the Gulf. Beaches stretch up and down the coast between St. Pete beach to the south and Madeira Beach and beyond to the north all within minutes. This stretch of the Gulf where Treasure Island sits is spectacular in both directions. You will have many destinations to choose from each day unless you prefer to lounge by the pool and plan a tropical dinner at home in "the lodge."
You will love how easy it is to get comfortable and relax for your 30 day, 2 month or longer stay on the Gulf, at our Legacy Lodge. We selected this location for our respite in the sun for the amenities, people, activities and most of all the lifestyle. You can go at your speed here at TiV.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Our unit is situated at the Treasure Island Villas on the Treasure Island Causeway located on Paradise Island. Treasure Bay Golf and Tennis is less than a half mile walk. You can also stroll to the Lutheran Church in less than 10 minutes with views to the intercoastal as you walk. And the Club at Treasure Island is .3 mile walk - also under 10 minutes- for a great spot to enjoy a sandwich and other fare:

Don't miss the opportunity to ride the local SunCoast Beach Trolley. If you feel like doing some 'beach hopping' the Trolley travels between Downtown Clearwater, through Sand Key, Indian Rocks, Indian Shores, Madeira Beach, John's Pass Village, Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach. Runs Monday-Sunday and on holidays every 30 minutes starting at about 5:30 am and until 11:55 pm.

Rental of our unit Legacy Lodge at Paradise includes internet and smart TV as well as the utilities. You take care of your laundry and grocery costs but please feel free to utilize the stocked items in the kitchen such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, various canned goods and any other provisions on the shelves. We aim to provide the most needed kitchenware, utensils and accessories for cooking-We want you to feel at home and on vacation at the same time! Let us know if anything you need is missing and we will try to locate it for you. And please enjoy your Welcome Basket, courtesy of our OHANA upon your arrival.
Tax Rates in Pinellas County include 7% state sales tax and a 6% surtax for Pinellas County, for a total of 13%.
Instead of collecting a security deposit from our guests, we use the industry practice of offering insurance to protect both parties in the event of damage. This reduces the added expense for our guests of placing a pricey deposit on their stay, having to wait for a refund at the conclusion of their stay and instead provides upfront protection against damage without hassle.

Trinn Murray & Family:
My siblings and I fell in love with Treasure Island (TI) on a trip to my son’s wedding. We are so excited to be able to be a part of the “TI” community as owners of Unit #50 in Treasure Island Villas (TiV).
Each of us is New York or Canadian born and raised with wonderful adventures in between, including, for me, Trinn, 20 years as a resident of the Hawaiian Islands. My siblings and I have diverse international and local experiences to bring to our ownership and management of our spot of Paradise.
One of the many things that makes TiV special is the long term commitment each resident has made to creating and maintaining a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for its residents and visitors. The environment here is fantastic, with a great resort lifestyle, beaches within walking or biking distance, and also the amenities of St. Pete’s and Tampa within short distances.
We know you will enjoy yourselves here; all the beauty and fun of TI will be yours during your stay! And many adventures are just a few steps away.
Why this property? We spent time in selecting our Beach Getaway. As with all decisions, we had priorities, non-negotiables and nice-to-haves. When we saw the Treasure Island Villas, right away, before we saw the inside, knew that this community was just right for our family. We believe you will also see the benefits of a seasoned, committed group of residents in the midst of one of the hottest destinations in the US. We are committed to being responsive and also non-intrusive hosts. We aim to create an easy reservation and check in experience for you so you can focus on your goal to either relax, visit with family, sightsee, or even work, if you are needing time and space to conduct your work. We provide a guidebook in the unit for our visitors with the key contacts should you need assistance for any variety of things and are available to be contacted with questions or concerns.
