For your peace of mind we follow guidelines for disinfection laid out by the CDC as follows:

The space
This gorgeous 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom corner unit town home with completely private pool is in the brand new Solterra Resort, just a short 20 minutes drive to Walt Disney World.
It has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area with a table that sits 8 and a cozy sitting area with a 70" flat screen TV.
The home features 2 master suites with each a king bed. The third bedrooms comes with another King bed. The next two bedrooms have 2 sets of bunk beds with full size beds!
Refresh yourself in your own private pool or enjoy grilling on the barbecue on your spacious outside deck that overlooks a tranquil conservation zone. This is a corner unit and you'll enjoy the privacy!

Where do I check in?
In your confirmation email about a week before you checkin you will receive a 4 digit random code. You will use this code to enter the property, 4 digits to access the pool and the club house and bar code to scan at the front gate of the resort.
What is provided in the home?
All linens, towels, and washcloths are provided. Fully equipped kitchens with all the modern conveniences (microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator with icemaker), dishes, cookware, cutlery, coffee maker, blender, and toaster.
Is there anything not provided?
The initial setup includes – toilet tissue in each bathroom, paper towels, a trash can liner, and small bars of soap for the baths. After you arrive, you will need to shop for the above supplies to last for your entire stay.

We loved our stay in Davenport. It was very convenient to travel to the parks, stores and only 45 min to the Airport. The townhouse had almost everything needed to cook and the pool was extremely nice. I treated myself to a at home massage and it was great!! I recommend this home your going to Disney!! Having never stayed in a property off Disney grounds, I was a little worried how it would all work out staying at this property. Happy to report that it was absolutely PERFECT and just what we needed after long days in the parks, we all had space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The house it perfect. Living room, kitchen and dining areas are open and allowed our family to enjoy relaxing time together. The bedrooms are spacious and everyone having their own bathroom is a GIANT plus. The grandparents took the downstairs bedroom which they loved. The pool is perfect to cool off at the end of the day! The owner was so easy to work with Answered all my questions during booking process, checked in during our stay and after. I would highly recommend this property and owner if you want your booking process to be effortless and you stay to be amazing! Can’t wait to go back!!

We stayed here for 10 days in April and had a wonderful time. The house is gorgeous and very clean. We had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the Lanai. The pool is small but very refreshing. Nader the owner was very accommodating, we had a problem with the dishwasher and dryer and the maintenance guy was there to fix the problem the very next Day. Lovely open floor plan home with a great entry from a quiet neighborhood. The back goes onto a screened porch with a small pool where you can catch some rays or enjoy comfortable gatherings. This host was very attentive to us and gave us his immediate attention when a couple of questions came up. The home is close to grocery and discount stores as well as several highways that get you all around Florida. Although close to Disney, we took more advantage of The Space Center and the quirky little towns in the area. It was a great getaway and I would definitely recommend this home. Must mention the great community pool for the neighborhood. The lazy river is the best!

Our stay was wonderful! The rental was perfect for our group. Having king beds for all the adult rooms, full sized bunk beds for both kids rooms and personal full bathrooms for each bedroom was perfect. The place was very clean and comfortable. We are already trying to figure out next stay! The only negative was the construction going on with I4 which was hard to avoid.
