Great 3 Bedroom 3 Bath House with Private Pool

This beautiful newly remodeled Beach House is just the perfect place for you and your family (or friends) to enjoy the wonderful beaches of Destin. The private pool is lovely and the porches, on both floors, surround two sides of the house.

This house is so cozy and full of charm… from the hardwood floors, to the unique furnishings, decor, the tongue and groove white wash ceiling and private back patio and pool area. You’ll want to spend lots of time on the front porch rocking is one of the wooden rockers that gives an immediate feeling of relaxation.

The main floor of the house is open from the living room to the kitchen, lending lots of conversation back and forth. There is a comfortable new sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is wonderfully updated with granite countertops, stainless appliance and lots of storage. The laundry room is on this floor convenient for everyone.

The french doors of the first floor bedroom open to the large wrap around porch and quickly to the pool area. This bedroom has a queen bed and a large flat screen TV.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms both with private baths. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds and so sweetly decorated. French doors open to the outside of the bedroom to the wrap around porch.

The third bedroom is also on the 2nd floor and has a queen sized bed. This bedroom has 2 sets of french doors. One set opening to the wrap around porch and the other to a beautifully serene screened deck with ample comfy furniture. Extra sleeping has been provided with 2 cots, an air mattress, and pack-n-play that can be utilized in any room you choose.

The location of Sea Splash is prime. The quick walk to the beach is a breeze as beach access is just a few steps down the street. The Crab Trap is just a couple of blocks away as well as it is walking distance to many other restaurants. Destin Commons is a short 5 minute drive and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a few miles east.

Family fun activities such as putt putt, go carts and water parks are minutes away as well.
