Welcome to Captain's Quarters located mid Island on Estero Blvd, right across the street from Fort Myers Beach. Private deeded beach access is conveniently located just steps from the property. This newly constructed six-bedroom, six-bath home has been beautifully decorated with a Coastal theme for each bedroom. Five of the six baths are on-suite.

On the first level living area you have The Palm Room, a king bedroom with an ensuite bath, walk-in shower, and sliding glass doors opening to the deck. The Sandpiper Room, next door, is also a king bedroom, with a shower bath and sliders opening to the large deck. The third bedroom at the rear, the Turtle Room, is a king bedroom with an on-suite tub shower bath. Lastly, we have the Shell Room with a Queen bed and shower on-suite bath. The washer and dryer are also on this floor. All of these six theme-styled rooms have Smart flat-screen TVs for viewing your favorite shows or movies.

The third floor has a spacious living area with large sliders opening onto a large Gulf View deck There is plenty of seating at the large Island and a fully equipped kitchen, with an adjacent large dining area The Captain's Quarters large Master Bedroom with King bed and trundle and on-suite shower bath are located in the rear. Next door is the Game Room for the children with two bunk beds and Pac Man and NBA jam arcade games.

Don't forget to take the stairs up to the captain's lookout for a 360-degree eagle's eye view of the beach and surrounding areas.
Home comes complete with all linens, beach towels, beach wagon, and chairs.

One Garage Bay is available for Guest Parking.

Captain's Quarters is the perfect place to make those cherished memories that last a lifetime!

NOTES: We book Saturday to Saturday and a seven-night minimum is required. NO pets allowed! The minimum age to rent is 30. Luxury Vacation Rentals also provides beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart for your stay. We do provide high chairs and pack n plays upon request for $35.00 each per week.
