We are located just a 10 minute drive to Holmes Beach on lovely and laid back Anna Maria Island. We are also 1/2 mile to the Manatee Trolley line. Pick up the trolley at the end of our street! Grocery stores, liquor store, plenty of restaurants, gym and shopping all within 1 mile of the house.

About the owner: My husband and I purchased this beautiful property when we came down for vacation in 2011. We fell in love with the old style Florida life, and new this is where we wanted to settle down. We moved to Bradenton from Massachusetts permanently in 2017 with our dog Gulliver. Our daughter fell in love with the area too, and moved down at the same time. We have never been happier and never looked back.
Why this property? Gulliver's retreat is a cozy, comfortable property. It's off island in NW Bradenton, on a quiet cul de sac, so peace and a good night's sleep are practically guaranteed. The backyard with the hot tub and solar tiki torches provide a evening of tropical, romantic ambiance by the pool. The kitchen provides everything you need to cook a great meal if you feel like staying in. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so privacy is a very nice feature about the house. We are also conveniently located to just about everything. You will really enjoy Gulliver's Retreat for your vacation getaway.
