“SEASCAPE” to relaxation and fun! STUNNING, IMMACULATE CANAL and POOL HOME IN MUCH SOUGHT-AFTER PUNTA GORDA ISLES! 4-BEDROOM, 2 BATH HOME, WITH SCREENED SALTWATER POOL, EXTRA-LARGE LANAI WITH ADDITIONAL PAVED PATIO FOR SUN BATHERS. Watch the beautiful sunsets from the west-facing pool! Master en suite bedroom is spacious with king-size bed, smart led tv, and patio doors to pool / lanai. Master Bath has jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and double sinks. Second bedroom has a queen bed and accent chair. Third bedroom has two twin beds and rocking chair. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and dresser with a patio door to pool/lanai. The lanai has two ceiling fans, two tables (one bar height, one regular table height), two loveseats, and two lounge chairs. Safety fence available to put up around pool if you bring your children. Port-a-crib with sheets, table highchair, changing table available. Ceiling fans in each room in the house. No carpet or rugs in house. House is near end of cul-de-sac street. Kids are welcome. Completely fenced in backyard. Second bath has exterior door to pool so easy access for changing and showering after the dip in the pool. Large, spacious living room, dining room that seats six, and kitchen eating area that seats four and has two patio doors to pool / lanai area. Granite counters, four counter stools at center island. Family room has large smart led tv. Plantation shutters on most windows.
The 10,000 lb boat lift and jet ski lift may be available for an additional cost if owner’s boat is not there. However, you are welcome to moor your boat at the dock. The pool can be heated, but there is an extra charge (see FAQ section.)

The pool is large! Fenced in yard to keep little ones safe. Child pool safety fence available on sight. Plenty of beaches nearby. Approximately 120 miles to Disney., Animal Kingdom. Busch Gardens, and Sea World. 20-60 minutes to many beautiful beaches!
For parents: You will love the king size bedroom and bath on one end of the house, and the other three bedrooms on the other side of the home. You will also love the FIVE patio doors to the pool and lanai area - so views of the pool and canal abound. You will feel right at home the minute you walk in the front door and you won’t want to leave!

About the owner: Jeff and Joan live in Minnesota. We purchased this home to retire in when the time comes, and to have a place to visit for vacations, and for our adult children and grandchildren to also use occasionally for their vacations. We have a lake place and another residential home in Minneapolis. We are usually at our lake place on the weekends. Jeff is an avid fisherman, whether it’s river fly-fishing or lake fishing. But we both love to be on or near water. And we spend as much time as we can with our eleven grandchildren and traveling the world when time and money permit.
Why this property? We love the four bedrooms because we have five children and eleven grandchildren, and wanted enough space for each family to be comfortable. We also love the split bed floor plan, single level living, 5 patio doors with amazing views to the pool and canal, and sunsets. The pool is secluded from neighbors on both sides and the lanai is super large. It’s a great community with plenty of restaurants and events. Many restaurants have live music. Our street is a cul-de-sac and it is very quiet.

Cancellation policy
Cancel your booking 14 days or more before check-in and you will be given a full refund. Cancel your booking between 7 and 14 days prior to check-in and you will receive a 50% refund. Cancelling 7 days or less prior to check-in, there will be no refunds.
How does the no-contact check-in policy work?
Owners will provide you a special code to the front door for just your party.
Reservation deposit.
A reservation deposit of 30% of your total fees is required. Reservations will not be held until a deposit is paid. One month prior to your visit, all remaining fees are due.
Are we in charge of pool or lawn care maintenance?
No, we have professional services lined up.
Heated pool?
There is a heater for the pool. However, should you wish to heat the pool, you will be charged $150 per week ($16 for each additional day) or $500 if you rent for a full month. We will need the amount fully paid before you check-in should you wish to heat the pool during your stay. Rates will go up for 2023 to $175/week.
How are payments made to the owners?
Payments will be made through a link we will provide to you.
Will I have to sign a rental agreement?
Yes, a rental agreement will need to be signed by you and returned to us prior to 1 week before check-in. We will also provide you with our stay and check-in procedures with the agreement.
Damage deposit of $2,500
Damage deposit of $2,500 required to be paid by credit card, but $50 is refunded to card if no damages. (So $50 is non-refundable.)
Is there an extra charge relating to the number of guests?
Over 4 adults in the house will require $40 per person surcharge for your stay.

Stunning Home Rental
Perfect location on a cannel with a beautiful attached screened in pool and Lanai. Very spacious home, great for families. Four bedrooms-two bathrooms, two bedrooms and 1 bathroom walk out to Pool-Lanai area. You can also access the Pool-Lanai from the kitchen and living room area. This home is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated and include everything you would need for a fabulous stay. We especially enjoyed the two bicycles, 6 beach chairs and wagon that you could used for a day at the beach. These home owners have thought of everything. Already booked a trip back in February!
