This Spacious 5 Bedrooms and 3 Baths 3,000 sq ft Luxury Home overlooking a canal with a brand new dock that spans the width of the property complete with a fish cleaning station and private pool. The Open Concept Living and Kitchen Area Allow The Family to Gather Without Being Crowded. We Have 2 Gas Grills (1 located on balcony and 1 in pool/lounge area), and Ice Machine Located On Upstairs Balcony.
This private getaway features a king bedroom off the balcony with a master bath, including a his and her sink and large mosaic tile shower. Bedroom 2 is a Queen Bedroom, Bedroom 3 is a Queen Bedroom, Bedroom 4 is a king room and Bedroom 5 is a queen room. Bathroom 2 has a Shower and Double Sink. Bathroom 3 has a shower. Everyone has their own space complete with a tv and closet spacing.
We Offer a Fully Stocked Gourmet Kitchen With Coffee Maker, Microwave, Double oven, Island cook top, Margaritaville blender and Toaster. We offer a theater/living room with large flat screen tv and popcorn machine to Give You That Going to the Movies Feel While Relaxing.
Downstairs Living Room and Laundry Area that can be accessed from the Spiral Staircase Inside the House or the Sliding Glass Door That Will Take You to the Pool.
You even have your own private wine cellar to stock your favorite wines during your stay. This house is set up so you never have to leave and always feel at home. It encompasses all the Florida Keys have to offer.
Our home has quick and easy access to the Gulf, perfect for the avid fisherman.

CANCELLATION 60 DAYS or LESS before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental. The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice. Renters will mitigate this loss by purchasing Travel Insurance or Cancel for Any Reason insurance offered by from a third-party provider (make sure it covers natural disasters and pandemics . CANCELLATION 61 DAYS or MORE before check-in, Renters will receive a REFUND of the amounts paid less a $50 Administration Fee.
EARLY DEPARTURE – There are NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURE.
HURRICANES, TROPICAL STORMS and PANDEMICS - There are NO REFUNDS for hurricanes, tropical storms, weather conditions, or pandemics that are outside of the owner’s control, even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered (optional travel insurance is offered for Renters protection or Renter may obtain through a third party. Renter ASSUMES THE RISK and agrees to confirm what is or is not covered by their insurance.
Rates are based on 12 person occupancy. Per city regulations, we cannot have more than 12 guests at a time.
There is a 12.5% Florida tax rate (which includes state and county taxes).
You must be 25 or older to book.
No more than 8 guests per city requlations.

An endlessly relaxing, luxurious vacation that made me feel like I never wanted to leave!
Our stay at Yellowtail Cove is a testament to the ultimate luxurious vacation experience. No detail is left out in this lovely home centrally located to all Marathon attractions including beaches, restaurants/tiki bars and not to mention direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. We absolutely loved relaxing in our own private pool overlooking the new dock directly on the canal! The gourmet kitchen with double oven, island cook top, state of the art refrigerator and Margaritaville Blender were all icing on the cake not to mention the ice maker on the upstairs porch. Every one had their own spacious bedrooms complete with flat screen TV's in all and plenty of closet space. We never had to leave and honestly we never wanted to. This is definitely our vacation destination for many years to come!

Yellowtail Cove, Marathon is centrally located on the island, close to all the popular restaurants/tiki bars, grocery stores, beaches and best fishing locations. From the private pool you can float with your favorite beverage and look across the new dock to the lovely canal gaining access to the Gulf of Mexico. We loved having all the amenities including state of the art refrigerator, Margaritaville blender, ice maker, deep freeze for our catch of days, beautiful pool/vast lounge area with fire pit, fish cleaning station and kayaks. We loved this house so much we never left because there was no need to! Yellowtail Cove will be our yearly vacation spot in fact we will not wait year this experience was so great!Thank you!
