Newly remodeled 4/2 Florida bungalow home (1700 sq ft) conveniently located in the heart of Ft Myers, tucked away in the Bowling Green neighborhood. An oasis in the city, relax on the front screened lanai or in the private fenced backyard. High end linens dress comfy beds, I like clean and cozy because that’s what’s important at the end of the day. Hampton Court Cottage just a couple of blocks from Colonial Blvd & Summerlin, a short drive to Edison Ford Estates, downtown or to the area beaches.
The home has all the charm and character of a Florida Bungalow built in 1970 but updated for modern living.

The front yard is a creative cottage garden filled with Native Florida plants and other tropical plants. Brick lined paths filled with crushed shells wind through the front and lead to a secluded back yard with a rustic shed worthy of a selfie surrounded by a privacy fence.

Relax on the sectional or dine al fresco at the counter height dining set under the umbrella on the back patio. Take a nap in the hanging hammock tree pod or fire up the charcoal grill for an at home meal.

Wood look tile runs throughout the entire home. The kitchen and bathrooms have cabinets with soft close drawers and granite countertops. Fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hair dryers are all provided for your convenience.

Four bedrooms-four options: King, Queen, Twin with a Twin trundle, and the Family bedroom: Queen and Queen over Queen bunkbeds.

All of the beds are super comfy memory foam mattresses dressed in Brook Linen 470 thread count sheets with hypoallergenic down alternative duvets. They are all protected by mattress protectors, duvet protectors and pillow protectors under the linens.

Each bedroom has Industrial Vintage Look Nightstand Lamps with Dual USB Ports and a 6W 2700K Dimmable LED Edison bulb.

The kitchen is well stocked with not just pots and pans but bakeware, an air fryer, a blender, a toaster, a crockpot, a punch bowl, cake plates, a coffee pot and a microwaveable tea pot. Dinnerware, silverware and glassware for 12 are provided. Crystal bar ware for wine, champagne, cordial, etc are in the China cabinet for your pleasure. Many spices and other cooking staples are there for your convenience. I provide a starter pack of toilet tissue, Kleenex, paper towels and garbage bags.

A full size HE Maytag washer and dryer are situated off the bunk room for your convenience with a few laundry pods to get you started. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Games, puzzles, cards, and books are also available. Yard games include giant Yahtzee, Ladders and Bean Bag Toss (Corn Hole). A Little Free Library I maintain is in the front yard with a variety of children and adult books.

Beach amenities include Vera Bradley beach towels, beach umbrella and screw in stake, pool noodles, shell scooper, beach chairs, a beach cart, cooler with wheels and an assortment of buckets and toys.
