Available beginning December 1 2024, we have for rent a private, secluded studio room in our guesthouse on 1.5 acres in the backyard of our home in an affluent neighborhood. Close to everything its 10 mins from the beach, shopping, restaurants and more.
Just finished room refresh with new paint, all porcelain plank tile, new A/C and heat. New bed, all linens and textiles. Has indoor kitchenette (fridge, freezer, microwave, keurig, stove top) and outdoor kitchen (propane grill 5 burner, flat top and two burner with sink). Bathroom has walk in shower and never-ending hot water. Smart TV (local channels, Netflix, Peacock, Sling TV all pre-paid) Parking is in front of your door, no stairs. All utilities included in rent PLUS laundry, use of our saltwater pool. You only need clothes and your toothbrush.
Our small rooms are perfect for single travelers or a couple (max) who live simply. Nothing fancy, but you will find peace & security on beautiful zen-like surroundings. Not suitable for kids, no pets, no smoking, no guns, no parties, no drugs. Background check performed. To book you need to apply first, we collect first month rent & security deposit (refundable if room is returned in same condition you receive it). Again, this is not a nightly or a single month rental. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Unlike anything else you'll find in our area. Very private. Secluded in our backyard. Oblivious to noise, crime - lots of space in over an acre to spread out and breathe. No neighbors or people in your face. Time and space in the sunshine all to yourself.

Port Orange is on the west end of Daytona Beach. We live in what is called "The Farms" because we are outside city limits which has its freedom and large agricultural pieces of land. We live on 1.25 acre in a very quiet upscale, wealthy neighborhood. Its is very safe for you to walk, jog or bike for exercise. And private enough for you to enjoy your vacation without the distraction of neighbors. The guesthouse is a new structure on our property and you will be one of the first to enjoy it. It smells fresh & clean and is filled with all of our favorite amenities. We hope you love it.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
The Pioneer Trail - part of the Florida Historic Trail System that spans from the East Coast of the state to the West. Thousands of beautiful miles you can walk, run, bike or horseback ride. The area in our county is paved along backwaterways. Our neighborhood is also an upscale area of equestrian estate homes.. We love it here and have lived here for almost 20 years. Its close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, the Speedway and more, yet we're on the western outskirts on over an acre in the quiet farms area. Very quiet, very private.
Favorite Places To Eat
This area has every flavor of food to eat from seafood to sushi to steaks and everything in a 5-10 mile radius. Plenty of take out and delivery available to enjoy on the picnic table outside of your room under the umbrella in the serenity of the mature trees.

Why this property? You'll find a detached villa of two non-adjoining rooms in the backyard of our 1.25 acre estate pool home in a quiet and private equestrian community. You cannot beat the surroundings and our hospitality. Unlike anything else you'll find in our area.

How do I check availability?
For availability, please text Lisa . Mention you are from and let us know how many people, dates you need, one or two rooms (each will sleep 2-3), and any other info you need.
Is there a deposit that has to be paid?
Yes. We collect a $500 damage deposit that is refunded if the unit and surrounding area are left as you found it. See the lease for more details.
What is your cancellation policy?
It is 100% refundable up to 48 hours after you book the trip and receive confirmation from us. Up to 7 days prior you can receive 50% back for any emergency. No refund for a lower rate elsewhere. Within 7 days of your check in date, there is no refund at all.

This place is a jewel! Wonderful hosts.
This cozy and quiet rental is impeccably appointed with the highest quality bed and bath features. The lovely hostess, LIsa, provides an incredible amount of amenities and extras to insure that your stay is comfortable. Surrounded by lovely landscaping and access to a gorgeous pool, the rental includes a private patio with twinkling lights. There is easy access to surrounding beaches and attractions. We will be back!
