Our Three Bedroom Two Bathroom Superior Sleeps 6 Condo Suites are luxurious units equipped with a king bed in the master bedroom with a master bath, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two single beds in the third bedroom and a guest bath. A combination living/dining area and a full-size kitchen with all of the major appliances, dinnerware, pots, pans and cooking utensils plus an in-suite stack washer and dryer. All suites will include premium bedding, climate control central air and complimentary Wi-Fi to provide you and your family with all of the comforts and conveniences of home while also enjoying the oversize furnished balcony. What we do at COVID-19 time:
-Wear protective equipment at all times;

-Sweep all hard surface floors and vacuum carpeting;

-The total number of people should also not be greater than the maximum number of people allowed to congregate in the listing;

-As part of our COVID-19 safety practices, guests and hosts are required to wear a face mask or face covering when interacting with each other;

-The guest also must wear a mask in common areas at all times;

-The cleaners spray a chemical disinfectant on high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs;

-Clean each area by removing dust and debris;

-Reset the room for the next guest and restock our supplies;

-Wait at least 3 hours, or as long as possible after the guest leaves before entering the listing;

-Ventilate the space for as long as possible;

-Auto check in with door code;

-Maintenance by phone or text message;
