If you cancel your reservation after security deposit and full rental payment has been paid, your full rental payment will be subject to forfeiture unless we can re-rent the entire full term of your booking. Once re-booked, your entire payment less a $75.00 cancellation fee, will be returned to you.

Linda and Marc made us feel like their home was our home. The condo had everything we could need from kitchen ware to beach chairs. Linda left a detail book about just about everything and followed up with making sure we found everything we needed. The condo is very clean and has amazing views of the pool and canal. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a wonderful time and the condo was just perfect! The condo is walking distance to everything we needed. (Restaurants, bars, groceries, shops etc.) The best thing about taking a walk is you can see the burrowing owls. We spent a lot of time enjoying the condo pool, but did take a drive the beach which is nearby. We also visited some neighboring fun places! We would come back and stay.
