Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Travelers must cancel by 11:59pm on the cut-off day before check-in to receive a refund. All times are specific to your property's time zone.

What a wonderful time my wife & I had in this home. I worked remotely and used this as a central hub for our frequent excursions around Florida. We rented the home because we had some family visit us over Thanksgiving holiday and the extra space made it feel very comfortable. The home is located is a wonderful gated community of Gran Paradiso. We used the community pool frequently and played pickle ball too. Everyone was very friendly that we met and we wish we could have stayed longer. But alas...our children are back in Chicago and we miss them!!! I highly recommend this property and would consider again if we decide to rent a home in Venice for extended periods of time. Agnes was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome in her home!
