THE SPACE:
Choose this spacious second floor 1200 sq .ft. 2 bedroom/2 bath fully-equipped tastefully decorated condo unit with a deck overlooking the private heated tropical pool and spa and French doors that open out to the screened porch/lanai from the large living area that has a 50” Flat Screen TV with HD DirecTV and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen and dining area with table and chairs. Master bedroom has king bed with flat screen TV. Private bathroom has walk-in shower. Second bedroom has queen bed with flat screen TV. Second bathroom has shower/tub combination. Non-smoking. No Pets/No ESA (Emotional Support Animals). This unit has a maximum occupancy of 5 persons (includes adults, children & infants).
These accommodations have just undergone a major renovation which includes new kitchen and baths with quartz countertops and full-size kitchen appliances. The bathrooms feature a shower and tub/shower combination with fluffy towels and upscale toiletries. The unit incorporates 20" porcelain tile throughout with 50" and 28" flat screen TVs with High Def DIRECTV and premium channels in Living Room and bedrooms. For a restful night’s sleep, we have new Jamison Bedding with soft 400 thread count sheets in addition to down pillows and comforters.
OUR INCLUDED AMENITIES:
All of our condos have full size kitchens and are MOVE-IN READY! All of these amenities are included in our rate: once daily towel exchange Mon.-Sat. (excludes Sun. & Holidays), dishware, glassware, silverware, cookware, pots/pans, baking supplies, blender, coffee maker, toaster, regular/decaf coffee, coffee filters, English breakfast tea bags, sugar & sugar-free sweetener, non-dairy cream packets, paper towels, cleaners, dish soap, dishwasher soap, salt & pepper, Kleenex, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, broom/dust pan and mop. For the beach, each unit has: beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and a beach cooler. These are self-catering condo units: We do not serve any meals.
Guest Access:
All of our guests are able to utilize the entire property with the exception of other guest’s private patios. This includes the pool, hot tub, lounging area, covered table and chairs, gas grills, and the coin operated laundry facilities that are all on site.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We have a coin operated washer and dryer located on the premises and we even provide the detergent and softener. We also offer our guests daily towel exchange, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a beach cooler, high speed Wi-Fi internet access and gas grills.
Our pool and spa derive their chlorination from household salt so you will not experience the red eyes, dry skin and bleached swim suits that occurs with regularly chlorinated pools.
THE AREA:
Siesta Palms by the Beach is within walking distance to South Siesta Village shops, restaurants, and night spots yet is very quiet and low-key. Use the free trolley on the Key to easily get to your favorite shops and restaurants. Additionally, it is only a short drive to golf courses, theaters, museums, art galleries and numerous other attractions in Sarasota.

Area Information
Siesta Palms is a very unique property offering our guests a complete immersion into the Point of Rocks neighborhood on Siesta Key. Our guests truly experience actually living in our neighborhood as a local with all the amenities of their own home away from home. Siesta Key Inn is within walking distance to beautiful Crescent Beach and the Point of Rocks. Point of Rocks is a great location for snorkeling, fishing and shelling. The Siesta Palms is within walking distance to South Siesta Village shops, restaurants, and night spots yet is very quiet and low-key. Additionally, it is only a short drive to golf courses, theaters, museums, art galleries and numerous other attractions. Crescent Beach and the Point of Rocks is a great beach for swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, fishing, shelling and just soaking in beautiful Florida. Try your hand at Stand Up Paddleboards or Kayaking. Parasailing is also available in the area. A variety of bicycle, scooter and motorized specialty carts are available from local vendors to tour our quaint Island. Within walking distance of our location some restaurants include Clayton's Siesta Grill, Miguel's, Captain Curt's Oyster Bar, Sniki Tiki, Anna's Deli, Toasted Mango Café, Big Water Fish Company, Orange Octopus Ice Cream and Bakery, Within a short drive of our location is Ophelia's, Turtle's, S.K.O.B, The Hub, Blu Que, Village Café, Café Gabino, the Lobster Pot, the Old Salty Dog and the list continues
Getting around
Public transportation is very accessible via Sarasota County Area Transit bus system known as SCAT and a free Trolley service on the key. In addition to Johnny's Free Ride which is a tip based cab system utilizing golf carts, jeeps and other electric vehicles unique to Siesta Key.

In the event of the cancellation of a confirmed reservation, the DEPOSIT will be forfeited in full unless written notice is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. A handling and administrative charge is applicable to ALL cancellations based on the following:
90+ days prior to arrival - 25% of deposit
60+ days prior to arrival - 50% of deposit
30+ days prior to arrival - 75% of deposit
Sales tax: 12%

About the owner: We, the Koch Family are passionate about hospitality and invite you to consider spending your vacation or extended stay at our Siesta Key Inn. John and Magdalene Koch relocated from Chicago to Siesta Key in 1979, and have been personally and professionally renovating and improving the lodging options on the Island since that time. With their children, Michael and Mary Ann, they have built some of the Island’s most unique and comfortable vacation spots. Should you need something or have a special request during your stay, you will no doubt be helped with a smile by one of the family members.
