Why Kids Love It
The HOA requires children to be 12 and older to reside as a guest in our condo. Children under the age of 12 may visit but for no more than two weeks. And honestly, this condominium would not be suitable or fun for young children. Our children are 15 and 12 and they enjoy it. They can walk to Starbucks and We feel comfortable letting them ride bikes or walk through the neighborhood.

About the owner: My husband, Luis, and I currently live in Michigan. We are excited to have the opportunity to own a second home in Florida. We chose Naples because we love the SW Florida weather and Naples has all of the amenities that we enjoy. Old Naples, 5th Ave., 3rd Street, Naples Pier, The Mercato, golf and so much more are all within a short drive from our condo in Park Shore. The town we live in in Michigan is very small and so when we get away to Naples, we love to eat out, shop and enjoy the beach as much as we can.
Why this property? We chose Park Shore because of the proximity to the beach and the private beach access being a member of the Park Shore Association gives us (which is something you can use as our guest and we believe is the biggest reason to stay in our condo). From our condo to the beach is a 5 minute car ride or a 15 minute walk. There is always plenty of parking, clean bathrooms and a well manicured park entrance to the beach. We have enjoyed going down in the evenings for the beautiful Florida West Coast sunsets.
