This is a beautiful lakeside home is in the peaceful exclusive community of Rolling Hills Estates in Kissimmee off of Formosa Gardens Dr. It is close to everything, 3 miles from Disney World and just up the road the area's best attractions, including, restaurants, gift shops, mini golf, exclusive golf courses, Margaritaville and much more. This home is uniquely situated nearby everything yet in a quiet exclusive community. Enjoy the Tranquil Lakeside pool, play in Games room with pool table, foosball table, and basketball game, use the free WIFI, or watch a movie on one of the 5 flat screen TV's. This home has it all
It is just 10 mins (real time) to Disney Main Gate. It is situated on a part residential, part visitors' estate, with lake views at the rear, in a quiet neighborhood, close to Formosa Gardens.
The pool overlooks the estate lake and fountain and is secluded either side by bushes.
There are 2 master bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom/shower and 2 further twin rooms with an adjoining bathroom (One is a Mickey Mouse theme and the other modestly decorated for teens).
A large seating area, overlooked by the open plan kitchen and breakfast bar, adjoined by the dining area with table and chairs.
The pool area has outdoor seating, table and loungers.
Facilities include games room with pool table, foosball and basketball game, fully air-conditioned, full-sized oven, microwave oven, fridge/freeze, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
50" LCD Smart HDTV, DVD player, XBox 360, 42" TVs in each master bedroom and 24" TVs in the twin bedrooms, ceiling fans in all rooms and free Wi-Fi.
Free use of a stroller (Jeep Cheroke sport), highchair and crib / playpen.
Excellent location for moving around Florida with easy access to the freeways.

We are located less than a mile from Highway 192 which is the main artery through Kissimme, making it the ideal location to be able to start from to head to all the theme parks by heading onto Interstate 4 or the back roads of Disney.
Our pool looks out over the lake and is not overlooked by the neighbors.
The pool area is covered by a bug screen and has a lanai area with outdoor table and chairs to sit and relax at while sipping on evening drinks or morning coffee.
The pool area also has sun loungers to top up your sun tan.

About the owner: Florida is our Passion. Our property is our family vacation home. We recently stayed at our home and did a lot of upgrades. We have a Harry Potter themed room & we added a BBQ Grill along with other upgrades. We love spending time by the pool having a nice meal or beverage & watching all the birds on the lake. It's a great way to relax and unwind. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do.
Why this property? We chose our property for the location and the relaxing lake view.
The location is perfect, close to the Disney Parks but also not too far away that you can't escape the parks if your children need an afternoon nap or cool off in the pool before returning to the parks again later that evening. We love that everything is close by yet our home is a great relaxing escape from the hustle & bustle. A great bonus is it is close to Margaritaville, their water park, dine in movie theater and mini golf. You don't have to go to the theme parks everyday since there is so much to do nearby. We found that a great bonus.

We have just returned home from a 3 week stay at Star Lake Villa and would highly recommend to stay here. Fantastic facilities, spotless clean and a lovely area. The house is exactly as it’s described and the pool area is so relaxing. The beds are very comfortable and the house is spacious. We would happily stay here again, and hope to return soon. Our family stayed a week at this rental home in April and had an overall great experience! The house is spacious and comfortable. It had 2 master bedrooms which was great for our family and two bedrooms with twin beds in each. The decor was cute and cozy. The owners and property manager made sure that the house was well stocked up with all household supplies you would need and even some extra things we didn’t expect. It was nice having a stroller there to use for our daughter at Disney so we didn’t have to bring ours. The neighborhood was nice and fairly quiet. We also really enjoyed the heated pool and nice view of the pond behind the house. They had floats, pool toys, noodles, and beach towels which was a plus! The garage was a game room which was fun in our downtime. The only feedback I would suggest (and it’s very minor) is to trim the tree branches for the tree next to the driveway because whoever parked there it would scrub the top of the car and also made it a little harder to get in and out. Also the master bathroom shower with the stand alone shower needs to have a taller shower head or one that tilts because it just sprayed straight out and it made it hard not to get your hair soaked if you weren’t washing it. I would also suggest getting safety bars for the showers because it was tough for my grandfather to get in and out without having anything to hold onto for safety. Those are so minor and didn’t affect us to much, it’s just suggestions that could make it better for other guest. Overall I would highly recommend this rental house for anyone that is looking for a great rental close to Disney! We would definitely stay at this rental property again in the future!!

This house is amazing! Everything is up to date. Plenty of good cookware, utensils, bbq grill, etc. the layout is perfect. We had a blast in the pool as well. Took beautiful walks around the neighborhood. Amenities washer , dryer game room etc were so nice to have when Tropical Storm Nicole decided to mess with our trip. Local grocery store, restaurants easy in and out.Very close to Disney, Disney Springs etc, the place was clean. We had the best vacation there!

What a perfect place to stay for our family Disney trip. The house comes equipped with everything we needed and our family of five had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy. The location was perfect for us, it was close to many restaurants and less than 15 minutes from the parks. We never used the heater in the pool and didn’t feel we needed to. We were here during Ian, we didn’t lose power, and honestly felt very safe throughout our stay. Neighborhood was quiet, we had no concerns for our safety.Marcy, Mick and Deb were always prompt to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house could not have been more perfect! Close proximity to ALL parks. Super clean. Great space. The kids loved the pool and the game room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Even had towels for use at the water parks. Everything you could possibly need for making meals for those nights you want to stay in. Coffeemaker for my morning brew. Within minutes of Walmart, restaurants and shops. Beautiful surroundings. Used Doordash and Drizly several times and they never had a problem finding the house. It was a really great stay and look forward to going back next summer!
