Aloha! Welcome to a special beach house that has been lovingly restored with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. This charming cottage has just been renovated to combine modern day comforts and style with yesterday’s simpler living. What does this mean for our guests? There are NO stairs in this 1300 sq ft. ranch house. The heated pool, brand new hot tub, and fenced in back yard are just steps from the kitchen and bathrooms, making everything very inclusive and convenient. Your dog** (no size restriction, but no more than 2 dogs) is also welcome and is sure to enjoy the fenced in back yard, screened in pool area and beautiful pet friendly beaches. While at Aloha, be sure to enjoy all of the comforts of home plus a few extras. You will enjoy a well equipped and completely renovated kitchen (new cabinets, counter tops and appliances), wonderful heated pool area with a large gas grill, separate sun room and large living room with comfortable furniture. There is a quaint bistro off of the kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee with 2 French doors that you may open to enjoy the ocean breeze. We are also located in a very convenient mid-island location. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and you can walk to the busy down town area in about 30 minutes or a quick ride on your beach bikes.WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY IN SEASON , SAT-SAT. **A $150 Pet Fee applies to those bringing a pet.
