Guestbook comments from the owner:
We were very pleased with the house and location. We had a great stay.
We truly enjoyed the house. The highlight was the open living room to the patio with pool. The kitchen was well stocked and functional and the rooms very comfortable. Highly recommend!
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We were a little nervous booking as there were no reviews of the property. After staying there I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or recommend to a friend. The home and the pool area are much larger than pictures indicate. We were very pleased with the cleanliness inside and out. There were no bugs found in the home or pool area, which was a nice surprise as we expect to see some when we visit FL. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The kitchen had everything I could ever need for cooking, baking, grilling, etc. There were chairs, wagon, umbrella and cooler to use at the beach. We felt the home was in a nice, quiet, convenient location. Some things to note: propane tank for grill is your responsibility to fill if empty (there is a gas station with propane near by), you have to pick up and drop off keys at an office to access the home, they will charge you extra if you book with a credit card (they offer the opportunity to use an e-check), the pool stops circulating/heating overnight and doesn't turn on until the next day (it turned on late for us-around noon), they charge for more than two loads of laundry. I didn't fully understand the laundry rule so I washed beach towels before we left, but left bathroom towels, sheets, dish towels, etc and was not charged anything extra, so maybe ask for clarification if you are concerned. Despite a few things we weren't used to when we book VRBO homes, we had a great time.
Fully equipment for every occasion.
Lovely warm pool, very private with boat dock.
Amazing location on the water
We loved everything about this property. The location is perfect to get away from it all on Marco, yet close enough to the marina to have adventures. We saw dolphins, a manatee, countless birds, iguana, lizards all right from the home. The only thing that we didn’t love was the check in/check out process. We have stayed all over the world in VRBOs and have never had to drive 10-15 min to pick up and drop off keys. It was a little strange. But not the end of the world. The property is incredible! We would highly recommend it!
