A Welcome basket will greet you in this rental which has two King master bedrooms (en-suite bathrooms) with private balconies. The bunk room has twin-over-full beds with a twin trundle and en-suite bathroom. Roll-out bed on main floor. TVs in all bedrooms and smart TV in living room. This rental has spacious closets, a garage, a well-stocked kitchen, quality bedding, relaxing . vibrating massage reclining chair, desks in main living area and 4th floor master, WiFi, phone, grill, games, cards, hot-air popcorn popper, washer/dryer, pool and beach toys, beach towels and beach chairs for guest use.
View of the bay from windows, which also overlook a fun pond teeming with wildlife, including turtles. All three balconies have pool and ocean view, and you can watch the sun set while sitting on the balconies. Walk to the state park or rent a bike and enjoy the park or long bike path.

About the owner: Tennessee native, but I’ve lived in Panama City, Florida for 24 years. I love the Cape! This is our first and only beach house, and we want it to be fun, friendly, and pet-free for those like us who have allergies.
Why this property? We love the seclusion of the Cape. Although we live in Panama City, the beaches are too crowded and too commercial for relaxing. We love the relaxed atmosphere and quieter spirit that is Cape San Blas.
My husband grew up in the near-by town of Port St. Joe, and has great memories of the Cape growing up. We go scalloping here every fall and it just doesn’t get any better than that! This area is such a gem!
