About the owner: I live nearby and love this park. Especially the people and the POOL So close to everything, stores, restaurants. Easy to get to downtown, etc.
Why this property? Wonderful parklike settings. Large lots. Nice large recreation room with WI Fi for events. Home is large, clean very light. Kitchen wonderful. Furnishings are very comfortable and attractive. Just bring your clothes. YOU WILL JUST LOVE IT.
