Welcome to Solterra Palms
Our brand new luxury villa on Solterra resort, Davenport, Orlando, Florida.
The villa has 6 generously sized bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites, 4 full bathrooms, games room, large loft lounge area, open plan kitchen dining/living area, private pool and spa. To the rear is a lake and conservation area with an abundance of wildlife. The pool and spa are south west facing and enjoy the sun all day. The lake view is perfect for watching the sunset in the evening. With Disney and all Orlando attractions on your doorstep it's the perfect holiday location.
When designing and decorating the villa we chose an expert company to work with that specialise in high end finishes. We wanted it to be light airy and modern, whilst maintaining a family friendly feel.
Our aim is to provide a 5* villa which exceeds your expectations, allowing you to have a truly memorable holiday in Orlando, Florida.
We are fully a fully licensed villa. Our DWE number is 6315812. We have a property manager who will assist you with any help you may need whilst at Solterra Palms.
Area Information
Why Solterra Resort?
1) Location - With its close proximity to the i4 and US 27 every attraction is on your doorstep. Davenport has lots of green open space, beautiful wildlife and a nice relaxed feel. The ChampionsGate and Posner park shopping areas are minutes away.
2) Facilities - 5* complementary facilities are on offer at the clubhouse. These include a large free form heated pool with water slides, lazy river, tennis courts, gym, playground, football pitch and a snack bar.
3) Security - 24/7 guarded gated community, with a gatehouse and mobile patrols to offer peace of mind to guests.
4) Last, but by no means least, the plot! The view, the privacy, and position made it a winning combination. We have watched the home be built from a sand plot to our beautiful family villa.
Solterra Resort is situated in one of central Florida's newest conservation developments. With its location just off the I-4 highway all that Orlando has to offer is on its doorstep. The gulf beaches are easily reached by car and even Miami is only a few hours away.
Numerous shops and restaurants are located within a few minutes drive from the Resort, all of which make Solterra one of Orlando's most sought after locations.

How far from the parks are you?
We are approx 20-25 mins from Disney
Can we use the resort facilities?
Yes, all the resort facilities are available for our guests to use. There is a lazy river with tubes, waterslide, pool, tennis courts, gym, club house, tot lot.
Is the pool deck south facing?
Yes we are south west facing. We get the sun all day and beautiful sunsets in the evening.
