Two blocks to the BEACH in a residential neighborhood. Your unit is 222, is spacious (1800 sq ft.) with private pool access. The building is a duplex building (meaning there are 2 units available to rent in this building) and you are renting one of them. This unit has private pool, tiki hut, and pergola access and a view of the lush tropical landscape in the backyard with banana, mango and coconut trees.

The neighborhood is perfect for walking or biking or turning onto bustling Commercial Blvd where there are many restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bars, raw bars, tacos, sandwiches, pizza, gelato, and ice cream shops, live music and tropical outdoor enjoyment will alleviate your need to drive anywhere. But you will be a short drive to the golf course, Las Olas, and the countless attractions available in Ft. Lauderdale, Hollywood, Miami, and the Palm Beaches.

From your unit you can easily walk to the beach, the pier, enjoy water sports, surfing, jet-skiing, pier fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kite surfing and more. All a flip-flop around the corner!

The living/dining area is n open 20x40' large room with two sitting areas and two new pull-out couches. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. In addition to the 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each and 2 bathrooms, there are two queen pull-out couches for sleeping a total of 8 people. There are both a charcoal and gas grill in the backyard, tiki hut, pergola and beach toys, wagon, beach chairs, towels, and drink cooler in your laundry room. All you need is your bathing suit and flip-flops! Oh, and don't forget the sunscreen :)

It’s super easy to snorkel or dive right from our sandy beach and go nose to nose with fish, turtles, and lobsters (divers walking through Town is very common here) – and of course, fishing from our historic pier over the ocean is our most iconic place to visit.

We are also designated a “Blue Wave Beach,” a distinction given to clean and environmentally-responsible beach communities. You can kayak, paddle board, skim and kiteboard right off of our beaches as well.
