The condo will be your home away from home. This 1500+ sq.ft. condo has everything you could possible need. Living room has a large loveseat and sofa/pull out, flat screen TV with DVD player. Master bed boasts a Tempurpedic King bed, spacious master bath, flat screen and access to the balcony. The 2nd Bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen, DVD -all supplied with Luxury towels, bedding, and linens.
This condo is professionally decorated with enhanced granite kitchen counters, new appliances, a spacious dining area with a dry bar, free wifi, upgraded cable package, & smart T.V.'s for your streaming channels. The kitchen is fully stocked with upgraded utensils, cooking supplies, & spices. Storage room in the unit with tennis & pickle ball rackets, beach wagon, extra beach chairs, beach toys, and towels. A full size washer and dryer in the unit also make life comfortable.
Beachplace is located just a few miles from St. Armand's Circle where unique shopping and restaurants are plentiful. Beachplace sits on over 30 acres of lush landscaping as well as over 1/4 mile of white sandy beach! Please, only 30 days or more rental requests (Unless for the month of February). No pets allowed

Drydock for lunch or dinner and Blue Dolphin for breakfast. Euphemia Hayes has a terrific menu, great bar and ambiance! The Columbia on St. Armands is a must! The Shore on the north end of LBK is a great setting and wonderful food. Harry's has the best German pancakes.

About the owner: My husband and I currently live in Indiana where we were both raised. We purchased this property to be closer to his father who also lives on Longboat Key. However; we are still working fulltime and want to share our beautiful condo with others when we cant be there.
Why this property? We chose this condo for serveral reasons. First is the community. Beachplace does feel like you are at a resort with all of the amenities. Plus the location - just steps away from the beach! Secondly, the condo itself. We looked at many condos and what we found were old, worn-out condos that really needed some attention. Our condo just needed a little love and walla - a comfortable, nicely furnished, wonderful place to relax.
