About the owner: We live in upstate New York near the capital of Albany. We are at the base of the Adirondack Mountain chain near Saratoga and one of Americas largest outdoor playgrounds. No matter what time of year there is always something to do. There are many sites where the revolutionary war was fought including the famous battle of Saratoga. For those who are interested in our history there are many other sites as well where famous battles were fought. You can go to the horse races at one of the oldest racetracks in the Country in Saratoga or you may even want to go shopping at the nearby outlets in Lake George. In the summer Lake George is a great place to hike, swim, boat, take a dinner cruise or do some camping.
Why this property? We bought this property in 2018 because when we visited Daytona we loved it and wanted to keep coming back. This house is located in a great quit little neighborhood with incredible neighbors. The City of Port Orange is a great place to shop and live and is close to clean beaches. In about an hour you can be in Disney World while not far away from the East Coat beaches of Florida. There is so much to do and its warmer than New York in the winter so it makes for a great get away.

Wonderful Florida trip
We are a family of 7 and we found this place online. It accommodated the 7 of us very well. The beds were very comfortable. We absolutely loved the pool! The house was gorgeous inside and out. The carpet had some stains and the cleaning crew could’ve done a better job cleaning behind furniture, but overall, we loved the place. There was so much to do at the house after spending the day at Fort Meyers or Sanibel beach. We spent time at the house swimming, fishing, playing ping pong, shooting pool, or watching movies. The only downside to the house, which really isn’t that much of a downside, is that it was a drive to the different beaches around that area. We would definitely visit again.
