Everyone has heard of Daytona Beach, which is touted as “The Most Famous Beach in the World!” While we love everything Daytona has to offer, we’re exceedingly proud to offer a gorgeous, corner condo in Ormond Beach, Daytona’s luxurious neighbor to the north.

This two-bedroom, two-bath corner condo comes with an oceanfront swimming pool, updated decor, and high-speed wireless internet to stay in contact with the rest of the world.

Every window of our beach-front vacation condo overlooks the ocean. Simply gaze out your bedroom window for magnificent ocean sunrises. Or look over the inter-coastal waterway for peaceful sunsets. Let tensions disappear as you relax in your beach chair or stroll the wide, white-sand beaches along the great Atlantic Ocean.

The condo’s master suite features a king bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds and an attached bathroom. The unit has its own washer and dryer, so no need to pack your quarters and detergent. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare delicious meals.

If you’re up for a little more excitement, take Highway A1A south to the heart of Daytona Beach, which is less than 15 minutes away. Or head to north to historic St. Augustine. If you’re looking for even more Florida thrill, drive to Orlando for shopping, all entertainment options, and even Disney World.

Continuous Upgrading: Each year, upgrades are identified. For example, one year, all new tile floors were installed throughout. Then it was new kitchen appliances and a new flat screen HD TV with upgraded cable and WiFi. Most recently, new cabinets and tiled showers were installed.

Area Information

The cool thing about this place is the quiet atmosphere. Being nine floors up, we can see and experience the ocean, but we don't hear anyone. This part of the beach is a good distance from public parks and public access points. This makes it less crowded. A really unique architectural feature of our unit is that on our corner, the units are reversed and you really have to try hard to see anyone else in the building when you are on the balcony. The other four units on the floor look right over on to each other. If you enjoy your privacy then you will like our unit.

About the owner: We are new owners to this condo but the previous owners hosted this unit for a number of years with very positive reviews for this unit. Our goal is to continue to host at the quality level it has been in the past and continue to offer a wonderful experience of staying in Ormond Beach and Daytona area. Our kids love going to the beach and body surfing, boogie boarding, and pretty much doing all the beach activities they can. We hope you enjoy it as much as our family does.

Why this property? It is really the quieter part of the beach. This beach is "no-drive" and a lot safer. This is a unique building in the area because it allows weekly rentals. It is a great property whether you want to get away in the winter for a few months or if you want to bring the kids down and spend time enjoying the beach with the family. We also have an inside laundry for each unit, and, when staying here, that makes life a lot easier for the person dealing with washing bathing suits and wet clothes.

What makes this House unique
