We fell in love with our beautiful "Condo Bella" because of its spacious floor plan and floor level for viewing the beach. It is a lovely condo located in one of the most perfect resorts, Gulf Crest Condominiums, along the Panama City Beach shoreline. Condo Bella has an open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors to view the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from all the living areas. The view from our 40 ft. beachfront balcony includes the entire East and West panorama of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. And our sunsets are spectacular no matter what the weather. There is not a more beautiful place on the earth!

About the owner: I am a retired Coast Guard officer and Computer Network Analyst. My wife is a retired Dental Hygienist. We both grew up in the Minneapolis area but the Coast Guard moved us around the country quite a bit. We currently live in Williamsburg, VA to be near our grandchildren.
Why this property? After being transferred to PCB for work, we fell in love with the area. We moved away after retirement but couldn't stay away. We vacationed in PCB and rented condos for a few years but in 2020, we decided to buy a condo of our own. We love it and are having fun making it beautiful for our guests and ourselves. Our goal is for our guests to have a wonderful and safe vacation
and to love our beautiful Condo Bella as much as we do.

We just got back from a 7-night stay at Condo Bella. This condo was simply amazing! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The starter pack that was provided to us gave us plenty of essentials to get us started until we could go to the store. The closet had tons of extra beach toys, chairs, an umbrella and linens available. Water pressure was amazing! The beds and linens were soft and comfortable. The most amazing thing though, in my opinion, was the massive balcony! The views were breathtaking. This condo will be our new vacationing place when we come to Panama City Beach! Five stars!! This condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a wonderful two week stay. The kitchen is well stocked with all needed supplies and the crock pot was a life saver for us. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the beach was easy to get to. Beds were comfortable and bedding is of good quality. We literally have zero complaints- everything was perfect. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we hope to come back!

Condo Bella is more beautiful than the pictures show. It’s so welcoming the moment you step inside! The decor features beautiful coastal colors and accessories. Everything you need is provided. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails and just enjoying the changing views. The sunset’s are amazing! All the amenities were clean and well maintained.
