Peaceful Home In Nature Refuge; Solar-Heated Pool, Dock, Deeded Beach Access

Our house has three cozy and comfortable bedrooms, two baths, and a small office, in addition to kitchen, dining and living room. It comfortably accommodates your family of up to 6 people.

In the house, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with newer appliances, including microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, a complete dining set for six and all the common utensils and cooking-ware. High-speed Internet (Ethernet in the office and WiFi extending to the rest of the house) and telephone with free domestic US calls are available (cable-TV available on request). The full-size washer, dryer, and drying rack are in the garage. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

In the backyard, there is a screened pool with oversized solar heater and a dock (with boat lift) where you'll see manatees, dolphins, fish and fowl. Two ocean kayaks are available for exploring the local islands and neighborhood, and a navigable waterway leads to the Indian River Lagoon (Intra-Coastal Waterway, close to Sebastian Inlet).

The private neighborhood beach access is about a 3-minute bike ride away (beach cruisers are provided).

Area activities and attractions include bird watching, nature hikes, cycling, fishing, sailing, snorkeling, surf fishing, swimming, surfing, boating, etc. Disney and other Orlando attractions are about an hour away.
