About the owner: My wife and I are retired. We live in Tennessee but love Venice, Fl. Our first Venice property is now rented annually so we bought this because we love this area.
Why this property? We wanted something we could enjoy in the summer. We actually like 90+ weather. For the last month we have been cleaning, repairing and touch up painting to bring this villa up to our standards. The 2 car garage is so convenient, walk into the house with groceries without worrying about rain.
