The living room boasts a lovely flat screen tv, comfy sofa bed, and fabulous views! You'll love the large sliding glass doors overlooking your 4th floor balcony. Seychelles Beach Resort is located on the east end of the beach, close to shops and restaurants, as well as amusements such as a zoo, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving and many other area attractions. It is within walking distance of St. Andrews Park.

PARKING
at the premises is limited to two cars in the off peak season. During peak season complexes have the right to monitor parking and limit one vehicle to the garage.
For the Seychelles complex only one car unless otherwise noted on webpage
Parking passes are restricted to ONE (1) per unit during the following periods—
May 26 through May 29
June 11 through July 30
September 1 through September 4
October 14 through October 16

Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless they are a child of a registered guest.
