Paradise Palms West is a 2 bedroom/2 bath duplex with its own private heated pool & spa. This property is centrally located on Holmes Beach and only a few minute walk to the white sandy beaches. Upon entry, you have the living room where you can relax and read a book or watch TV after a long day in the sun. Adjacent to the living room, you have the dining area and full kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to make a quick snack or full course meal. Directly off the living room, you will find a screened balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Down the hall will lead you to the guest bedroom/bath and then the master bedroom which features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and master ensuite bathroom. But, it doesn't stop there! Downstairs in the private backyardm you will have your own tropical oasis with covered outdoor seating area, high-top “tiki” bar, dining table and flat screen TV. However, we have saved the best for last… Private heated pool & spa complete with built in cocktail table and sun-shelf. We guarantee you will want to return to Paradise Palms West year after year. This property also offers a full-size washer & dryer, BBQ Grill, beach car/chairs, bicycles and WiFi throughout.
